I financed a car from here it was my first time even using my credit. Since I didn’t have credit. I was told that my payments would be low since they were going through a first buyers program. It turned out 279 just for the payment and 240 for car insurance. On top of that his used to be employee Ray lied on my policy. Didn't even put my deposit I gave him for my insurance down. It was considered un honorable meaning insufficient funds from there account. He set up my paper work for the whole thing on top of that it’s in his email and password for my insurance policy so. I couldn’t get into the account unless. I called the insurance place. When I called about it and I have text and emails proving they never put the amount in and I think his employee was stealing. Al He gave me the run around saying I need to check paper work or I’ll call you by tomorrow. Needless to say it ruined my credit by 50 points and I stop financing through that place . And the worker ended up in jail.

Bought a used Honda Accord from here that lasted years with a lengthy commute. It needed minimal repairs over the course of those years. Would have lasted longer if it was not damaged from a car accident caused by the other party.

Do not get involved with this guy !!!! I got a car and didn’t last one month!!!!! Go to another dealership!!! I had call him to fix the car in the same week And he told me “find your own mechanic”!!!! The car is under a warranty for the 30 days and it never got fixed. The transmission had a clutch in it within the first week that was the only issue fixed. Other then that he took the car multiple times to fix the same problem and still until today it is the same. When we called to complain he just wanted to rush off the phone told us to get an attorney if that’s what we wanted. We never got receipts for what was supposedly fixed and we asked for them multiple times. We paid for the car in cash we asked for our money back more then a couple of times but he never allowed it and said the issues were going to be fixed. Which as I said that never happened.

Do not buy any car from this guy! My daughter just bought a car from him and the transmission is total trash! She was stuck on the side of the road and my husband and I came to pick her up. My husband opened the hood and on top of everything there wasn’t even a dipstick in the oil to check it. Who ever this guy is, I never met him before but he is very, very unprofessional. Very unacceptable!!

My boyfriend recently purchased a car through them. Don’t get me wrong they did everything they could to get my boyfriend approved (since he has no credit whatsoever). BUT, the guy who handles the insurance part is so unorganized. Tells us one thing and the insurance ends up being like $100 more than quoted. Also, we had so many issues trying to set up the insurance account because Ray, I think his name was, set everything up under HIS login information, so we had to go back and forth a million times which is AGGRAVTING. Also, the car we purchased has illegal tints. They told us they’d deal with getting the inspection done until we came here today to Ray with all smiles telling us, “I hope you know they won’t pass the inspection”. Like thanks dude. Once again, AGGRAVTING!

My step-daughter is trying to buy a car from this place but is receiving a ridiculous run around with paper work. No receipts for cash payment. No sales contract. Al said he depended on "word of mouth" rather than paid advertising. I can tell you that "word of mouth" will do it's best to ruin your business if this isn't cleared up IMMEDIATELY,

Al is a stand up guy from mikes auto sales and it was an honor buying our new car from him.. he can definately bank on repeat buisness and i would highly reccomend anyone to buy a car from him... Revision... its been about a week and a half and al backs up his cars 100% replaced my pads and rotors with no questions asked.. ive been to dealerships who avoided me when i had an issue but not Al.. i guarantee you the best and most comfortable experience buying a car from him. My Mom just purchased her Honda CRV there. They are fair and honest. They were helpful every step of the way. They made her buying experience positive, even joyful. He is a man of his word, everything he did was in line with that. If he said $50.00 the price is $50. No surprise fees or extra charges. Paperwork was easy and not confusing. I will be going there for my future purchases.
