Morgan (an associate) helped me out a lot. Tried to get a medallion signature, this location doesn't offer it but he was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to two other branches with this service and the name for who to reach out to. Very professional but very busy. Highly recommend coming in person, there's a reason they can't pick up the phone (1 associate, never stopping line)

The bank is closed, which mean safe deposit boxes aren't available. I've tried for a couple of days to get ahold of someone to get into my safe deposit box - nothing. Just frustrating. UPDATE: I’m here yet again on my day off and guess what, the bank is closed. Would really like to get my stuff out of the safe deposit box and close it. And all of my other accounts there too!

I’m currently in the bank. The phone has been ringing literally for the last 15 minutes. Over and over. Stops and then starts again immediately. The person working with me mockingly commented that it’s the same number calling every time. I asked if the tellers can pick up the phone (because the bank is otherwise empty). He said that as a policy they don’t because they usually can’t answer the questions. So some poor person just keeps calling over and over again. Pick up the phone and try. This person feels that their issue is urgent enough to call several dozen times in a row. At least have the decency to answer the phone and tell them you can’t help.

Asked to have a seat and "someone would call me". 10 minutes later, still no other visible customers, and no further contact. I was in a hurry and so I just walked out. I've banked at BoA for over 30 years but the local branch is makes all the the difference. If my "local" branch (just moved to A2) operates like this will have me reconsidering a switch to Chase.

Customer service said that the bank associate should be able to help me out, to which the bank associate said - " customer service clearly don't know what we can and cannot do at this financial center". I had a disappointing experience at this financial center and will definitely not return back. They should know that there job is to help their customers and not shoo them away. Update - visited another financial center and got what I needed to be done. That just shows this branch is not willing to help their customers.

They had only one teller working, and after waiting in line for 15 mins I got to the front and she told me should couldn’t help. She was really nice but the other three office people who were standing around chatting and looking at their phones while there were more people in cue. The teller had to ask one of them a question about the help I wanted and the woman who looked liked the manager answered and and said they couldn’t help but the “appointment system works great” and told me to make an appointment. Lazy and rude. They could have at least pretended to be nice. Needless to say I’ll go to another service location for help next time.

You will not be able to reach anyone when calling since they don't answer the phone. I am a small business owner (15 yrs) and if I didn't have so much invested in checks and etc. I would go to another bank solely based on the huge inconvenience of not being able to contact someone via the phone. FYI, this has been going on for years and is a corporate issue and not an isolated branch issue.
