I have been to this Chase location 3 or 4 times since Covid began, and the first few were fine, with everyone following safe practices. This past Tuesday, however (Dec. 1), a Chase employee was not wearing a mask, thereby endangering all customers and co-workers. Unfortunately, I did not notice this employee until I had been there about ten minutes and was right in the middle of a transaction with a personal banker. When this banker returned, I mentioned the problem with the employee in the Chase Private Client office (about 20 feet from us), who was not wearing a mask, had his office door open, and was talking on the phone (talking projects airborne droplets and the virus, if present). Fortunately, our banker's return ended our transaction, and we left. I have tried to find a state or city office to report this violation but so far have not found the right place. If it happens again, I will more aggressively confront the offender and call the AA police. Meanwhile, Chase should fire this employee immediately (white guy with a beard who works from the Private Client office at Westgate at least one day a week). ~Richard

I always had a great time at this location employees have always been nothing but kind and helpful. However, this bank stopped accepting cash, and aparently carries no physical money. Why this bank still needs to keep such a large location open downtown, equipt with its own guarded parking lot is beyond me. Storefronts and parking spaces are at a premium in this city and knowing other pnc banks are close to location that will work with money I dont see the benefit of this branch staying open. ~Ella

I LOVE this bank!!! So I have 5 banks right next to my apt and I get on the bus and travel 3 miles to use this location. Everyone is WONDERFUL!!! No shady fees no hassle no stress! Shout out to Jeffery! He’s great as are all the staff:) I recommend anyone switch to Huntington on Liberty:) ~Kristy

This morning I went to make a critical deposit via the ATM. I put in my card, was issued an envelope. I signed the check I was depositing, put it in the envelope and when I turned back to the ATM it wanted to give me a "voice tutorial." WHAT? No matter what I tried, it kept going back to "voice tutorial." the ATM took my card. Now I have to go back to get my card, 15 miles each way, my deposit was NOT made and when I called I am told their branch is "understaffed." COMERICA - GET IT TOGETHER! ~Jacques

They need to move the sign that says "ATM closed" closer to the front. That way people can see it and not waste their time driving thru the drive thru. The other thing is the person in the front of the building should know where there is another LTCU or where there are different Credit Unions in the area. I don't know is not a proper answer for people who don't live in Ann Arbor and aren't members of that particular credit union. ~Eric

old --Contacted me after my visit to follow up and correct an honest mistake, very nice branch manager new --I came in on a Saturday afternoon and Aviv greeted me at the door and sat me down immediately, he answered all of my questions and was incredibly helpful. He even anticipated some questions I would have down the road, and gave me a ton of great information. He was incredible. ~Christopher

Morgan (an associate) helped me out a lot. Tried to get a medallion signature, this location doesn't offer it but he was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to two other branches with this service and the name for who to reach out to. Very professional but very busy. Highly recommend coming in person, there's a reason they can't pick up the phone (1 associate, never stopping line) ~Bennett

Left with the feeling that there are still good people in the world, thanks to Taylor, who helped me out without even being asked to. She went above and beyond to ease the stress of a very rough month for me! I'm grateful for such a wonderful experience! ~Melissa

We in Friday July 22 12:55pm to make a rent deposit I was terribly misinformed then told it was for the safety of the bank because I might be money laundering. Brian had no problem coming off as rude & racist. Shame ~Ramon
