old --Contacted me after my visit to follow up and correct an honest mistake, very nice branch manager new --I came in on a Saturday afternoon and Aviv greeted me at the door and sat me down immediately, he answered all of my questions and was incredibly helpful. He even anticipated some questions I would have down the road, and gave me a ton of great information. He was incredible.

Would be really nice if PNC removed branches from this website that are no longer in existence . South University branch Is CLOSED!! raced over there to do some business ugh gone..

The branch manager here is brilliant. I went to two other PNC branches with issues requiring a branch manager to do a little work. Both branch managers from the other two locations went on vacation for an extended period of time after assuring me they would fix the issue and NOT go on vacation. The branch manager here was able to fix the issue in a few hours and is the hardest working person I've seen at a PNC branch ever. He deserves a raise and a promotion; if you have any problems or questions go to this branch. They know what they're doing, they treat their customers well, and they get stuff done.

YES, the manager Aaron Haury is the greatest. There is a second Aaron and he is another star. They make a great team in terms of problem solving and personality. Digression: Folks interested in Ann Arbor history or vernacular architecture, enjoy the almost Googie building. It will be gone in about a year. Go inside. Look at the Jetsons-style ceiling it may be the last one you will be able to see.
