Tried to get a medallion signature, this location doesn't offer it but he was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to two other branches with this service and the name for who to reach out to. Very professional but very busy. Highly recommend coming in person, there's a reason they can't pick up the phone (1 associate, never stopping line) ~Bennett
