I've only been here 13 months but I love it. As others have said there are many rules which at times are constantly changing but I understand why they have to be. As has already been said, There are 300 units here, so that is 300 plus seniors. The managers listen to the residents concerns and try to compensate as much as they can. As far as rodents, bedbugs etc., they do their best to keep it exterminated and it is cleaned constantly. (Keep up the good work Cheryl and Rita. The residents have to do their part too by keeping their apartment clean as well. Ms Ellus and Kamira keep up the good work. I here for a good while. I love it and the many potentials here

I was surprised to find businesses in this tower. One you get inside the signs are very clear, but good luck finding parking!

They have seniors in this building the building have bed bugs, They think it’s okay for seniors to be in the building like this!!!

I have lived here at Center Line Park Towers for close to 8years! I can tell you it's a great Central area to live! This place I will call home is what you make of it! There are a lot of rules and I am thankful for them being in place. Remember there are 300 units. Most of them are rented out! That means there are a lot of different people living here! That is a lot of different personalities a Manager works with! I wouldn't want the job! But she is doing a fantastic job! Her staff works right along with answers to the questions you may have. If they don't know they will get back to you on a timely manner. Or make an appointment to see The Manager. I have never left that office feeling like I didn't belong here. The Maintenance crew does their jobs in order that they receive them. The cleaning crew keeps everything looking nice and clean but the residents need to do their part also. It's that simple. Old buildings like this one have to have some tender care! Elevators have hiccups and get wounded when they are bumped around with wheelchairs and large items being moved in and out. So we try to be careful. Your not living in a house. We also have so much to gain living here and that is respect and friends. I love the people that I come in contact with.

At my first tour I was skeptical, but after seeing my apartment I liked the layout. Now I have been here for 2 1/2 years. From my experience I've learned to always trust my first instincts. This place is roach and bedbug infested. The pigeons are a nuisance. The elevators and it's shafts are usually nasty looking. Management is not usually very helpful. If you are thinking of moving here (unless you can't afford anything better) don't do it. You will be sorry you did.

I shouldn't even give them a star. The Manager is rude and does not care about the feelings of people living there. My sister kept telling me how the Manager would give everyone a hard time with anything but I didn't really believe until my experience with the passing of her death. My sister passed away suddenly and we were heart broken but we were told we needed to move everything in 3 days so there wouldn't be a charge for another month. We worked hard at clearing our her apartment and we just had 3 more big items to move out to complete it and the elevator broke down and now we have to pay another month because of that. So we lose because of their elevators not working.... not because we couldn't move the items. We had men with trucks there and now WE have to reschedule and they are charging us extra because it is going into another month. SHAME ON THEM!!! We should have been arranging her funeral instead we are dealing with a Manager with no heart.
