Yes a few times I've had small issues with them you have to take in consideration thay have a high roll over in there new people I'm happy with them thay always take good care of me and when somthing not right the pharmacist calls me at home thank you guys keep up the good work especially for the hard times today. I have been trying to call the pharmacy for about 45 min. I keep getting disconnected or a busy signal or the call just goes silent. Even the main store line is not working.

It's becoming more common among big pharmacies to send refill requests "electronically" and never call the doctor's office... Without confirming if the doctor's office is able to receive an electronic request, or notifying the patient that it didn't go through.

Been using them for years for me and my family. Never had a problem. Always very helpful and friendly. The people that put bad reviews most likely had unreasonable requests. The techs and pharmacists have never been problematic with me and work hard to straighten out "wrinkles" when they have occured.

Signed up for the text alerts. Never get them when the scripts are ready. This time one of my scripts needed a prior authorization. No one could be bothered to call either myself or the doctors office to get authorization and I was only notified that I needed an authorization when I went to see if either of my scripts were ready. Save your self the trouble and go to the Meijer Pharmacy in Birch Run. Do not recommend.

Angie is a excellent worker she helped me more than my doctor's office and I feel she went above and beyond her job to help me. My doctors office sent not only one but 2 prescriptions that my insurance didn't cover and were way to expensive. Angie called and faxed my doctor's office twice to let them know my insurance didn't cover it and if they could send over a alternative that was covered and more affordable. They still never got back to me.. So in the end I was able to talk with Angie and find out which prescription was cheaper on good rx and we were able to get one. Very pleased with the help and service Angie provided me and how she went above and beyond to help me you can tell she cares about her job and takes it very seriously and enjoys helping people.

Just left Clio Walmart and no workers are wearing masks or gloves even though they say they are providing them for employees. I appreciate them working so I can shop. I just think they should wear the protection provided by the company. I don’t want them spreading this to things they touch or cough on. They should have to wear masks and gloves for both them and the public. I wear protection.

This pharmacy has come a long way in the past year. I noticed that they've gotten different pharmacists and different management in there. They are always happy to assist me and answer any questions I may have with both my prescriptions and over the counter meds.

I was told they weren't sure why my prescription wasn't filled, not that they would check, or figure it out and call me, they just weren't sure. Further, I had a script for a controlled medication, and tried to pick it up after an hour, a business day, and then a week later they tell me my GP never called it in. It was a WRITTEN script that I personally handed them a week ago, and the app said it was filled the DAY I dropped it off. After mentioning this they miraculously found it Not to mention long waits in the drive through with no acknowledgments, I thought the call button was broken, so no problem, I go inside to let them know, and lo and behold it's working, but no one has 2 seconds to let you know they're backed up. Look elsewhere if you actually want your prescriptions.
