We were on a trip to Tecumseh when we needed some parts for our Motorhome. The Krenek RV parts store was closed, but Ryan opened the store and allowed us to get what we needed. Very helpful.

Worst renting experience of my life. Unless you want to sign up for s trip full of breakdowns, headaches, and lies from the staff about how they were going to help us when we broke down in their RV. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible, Terrible experience with Krenek!! Would HIGHLY NOT recommend. For start, 4 night minimum required. Made it 2 hours from Coloma and RV breaks down. Waited 6 hours for second RV to meet up with us, (which was a different style than we ordered) the second RV drop off immediately crashed into a sign and ripped off the AC unit. (This was the drivers doing, not ours) Had 2 wait an additional 6 hours for the 3RD!!!!!!! RV to be delivered at midnight. Ruined our entire weekend. No response to emails, no returned phone calls. ABSOLUTELY horrible, terrible customer service. Called and emailed multiple times A WEEK, for 4 weeks, with no response. Good luck to you if you use this place.

This place is not customer friendly at all. We joined friends for a concert and the RV was a lemon. It failed for several hours and unforgivably we missed our entire concert. $700 down the drain And no refund from then business for their failed RV. Very sad that the business didn’t take ownership of what happened after several chances. DO BETTER as a business in a small community. Very disturbing that you all will take money and run with no remorse. Looks elsewhere when looking for a reliable RV rental or someone who will stand behind their products. #trash

Went and bought our first travel trailer and the whole experience was great. Staff answered all our questions, and showed us how to use all the different features. The entire process was very low-pressure. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are in the market for a travel trailer or RV.

Called to get an appointment to get some work done on the AC unit on my RV. Was asked two questions by a surly service guy, "Did you buy it from here?" and "When do you want it done?" I replied, "No" and "Whenever you can fit me in". The guy clearly isn't interested, tells me that he can't get me in until after Labor Day. I don't have another option so I try to make the appointment. He takes my details, information about my RV and tells me someone will call me back with an appointment - well, that's weird in itself, the guy works in the service department and clearly has access to the schedule. Four days later and no call back. Guess you can treat prospective customers poorly while there's great demand. That demand won't last forever, particularly when there's service like this.

I have been looking for a Thor Omni or Thor Magnitude for 2 years that was the right color and the right price. I have found a few on the west coast usually in Ca. where I bought my last RV. They were overpriced or weren't the right color combo. I saw exactly the RV I wanted for my future and called Ryan Krenek from my home in Washington State. Ryan sent me additional photos and talked me through the process of buying with him. I flew to Coloma, Michigan from Seattle and spent 2 days getting my orientation on the new RV and meeting the entire Krenek family. They are the most wonderful people to do business with and they gave me a good price on the Thor Omni and even helped me install a satellite dish for my travels back to Wa. State. I drove my new rig home to Washington which is over 2100 miles by myself at 70 years old in four days of driving. I am so happy with my new Thor and the Krenek's treated me like a King. I would really like to say a big thank you to Ryan Krenek and all of Krenek RV. What an incredible experience from start to finish in purchasing our new motorhome. We are first time buyers and after years of renting decided to make the move to owners. Ryan and team were very helpful in understanding our needs and pointing us to the correct coach that fit our overall mission the best way possible without overspending. Not only did he point us in the right direction for the coach, but the things we needed inside and outside (must haves), as well as procuring those items for us with a big discount to offset some of the purchase price. After months of trying the find the best place to purchase this coach, we settled on Krenek RV after talking with numerous other dealers, not only in our area (Northern California) but across the country. We felt Krenek was the most honest, straight forward group we talked to. Krenek RV helped us live the life of our dreams. From our very 1st RV through every upgrade to our current (3rd) RV. We knew from the beginning we were a Class C family. We initially bought a used unit as a "lets see if we'll use it" and le's minimize the moving parts (i.e., no slide out). 6 months later, we upgraded to a newer (still used) unit with a full slide out that checked a few more boxes. We are a hockey family of 4 with two dogs. We loved our 2nd unit as we could tow a jeep (see the pic) and bring the entire family (dogs included) to our out of state hockey tournaments. We even spent 10 days in the Keys with this unit. Then this past summer, we stopped by to "window shop"....And bought our first new Thor XG32 which we love. It drives like a regular truck and has everything we could ask for. Through out our experiences from sales to service and everything between, Krenek RV has been outstanding in all areas! We could not imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend Krenek RV for people new to RVing or expert road travelers !!!

I had been looking for a camper for about 4 months. I stopped into Krenek when i was camping with family near by in St joe. The sales executive Bill Mashak was more than helpful, and really responsive to all my questions during my sale. I think responses after a sale is very important, and how timely those responses fare is even more important. Bill has been great with questions i have had after purchasing and picking up the trailer. He has kept in touch through email, and continues to follow up with his sale. The service department was also extremely helpful while i waited for my equalizer hitch to be put on. I had one of the girls walk with me in the store and explain all the parts i would need for my new trailer, and why i needed each one. They quoted me 2-3 hours to put my hitch on, and for my final walk through. they finished everything within 2 hours, and were very detailed about my walk through. There is not one bad thing i could say about purchasing from here, and i will be sure to refer all my friends, and family to purchase from here.
