Drive up NO ONE in line Person said Wait a moment waited TWO YEA TWO cars came up placed there order! I still did not Get to place mine! FINALLY DID order only to sit in line and then to be told pop machine not working! 2ND Time this has happened at the afternoon!! What a JOKE! All I wanted was a large coke and they said we can do food… REALLY

This McDonald's was probably the most poorly managed McDonald's I've been to in the United States. The staff all look like they absolutely hate being there and when you walk in they are all playing on thier phones and or just hanging out talking to each other. There were only two guys making the food in the back who looked like they were actually working. Thry told us to park in a waiting spot for our drive through order. About 15 min later, my husband and I realized they probably forgot about us. The manager inappropriately yelled at his team member in front of me by saying, "I told you that order was for someone else!" Needless to say, I won't be going to that location again!

Typical McDonald's for today's world. Short staffed and long waits. But I do question how in the heck does a grill cook forget an entire half of a big Mac. Literally, I had a big Mac with only a patty, cheese, lettuce and sauce on the top. The middle and bottom buns were touching each other completely plain. Nothing at all. It's kinda funny.

I was in drive thru lane one. They took three cars from lane two before ever getting around to me. Aside from the completely unnecessary wait to have my order taken, workers were friendly and order was correct, hot, & fresh.

Comfortable beds, quite. Breakfast bar didn't offer much. Carpet throughout needs replacement or a damn good cleaning.

Went in to use restroom and get lunch, and the toilet had urinate all over the seat and floor, went to wash my hands from cleaning the seat up and there was absolutely no soap to clean my hands, none of to sanitizer dispensers were empty! This tells me that employees are not washing hands after using the rest room and are going back to work! And it makes me question if they have soap in back and how sanitary is the food being served to people! Nope I did not order my lunch there! Be warned if you eat there of what you may end up putting in your body! Cleanliness is everything!

I have been to this place in driveup and inside several times. The employees don’t clean the tables or bathrooms very well and they don’t know how to prepare foods like other McDonald franchisees . For example I ordered a four dollar mocha latte and they gave me a cup of coffee with some milk in it. No whip cream just a total worthless job. Most orders take 10 to 15 minutes they don’t give you receipts and it appears to be run by a ragtag crew that Are untrained and do substandard work.

We went through the drive through and order our food , we pulled up to the window to a teenage girl we paid for it she went and got someone to help her and then gave us our change they were short a dollar and we pulled up to the other window they gave up our food and we asked for the manager about the dollar, they went and got it and we left. We started eating and we had got a quarter pounder and a big Mac the quarter pounder was litterally a Mcdouble in a bun and the big mac had to many onions in one spot and two mcdouble hamburgers. Would not recommend.

We won't be back, ever. Bathrooms were disgusting, play land closed and adult guest wearing no shoes! Employee's were standing around flirting and ignoring customers while it was packed inside and out. Took 45 minutes to get me and my 2 sons orders, they were wrong and cold (I figured they would be) watched multiple other people come inside from the drive through line for forgotten drinks, being ignored at window, and incorrect orders. It was around 6pm when we arrived, and it was as being ran by nothing but what looked like teens. We sat inside, and got our drink cups first. All except 2 of the drink choices were watered down or not working, no ketchup in the dispensers, and the counter was covered in wrappers and spilled soda. One guest told the girl (maybe 16) at the counter that the bathrooms were very dirty and no tpilet paper in soms stalls, she got very defensive about how they were too busy to worry about the bathrooms, if that wasn't enough, a boy who looked to be "running the place" came up and also got snippy with the woman (guest). He was standing around giving orders... he could have easily cleaned the bathrooms. I'm appalled. We have lived here for years, always went about once a month and it was never bad or dirty... now this is the 2nd time it has been in the course of 3 months. A bad day, sure... bad months... gross.
