0 stars!! Ed was supposed to be our service advisor. Zero communication. Zero returned phone calls. Zero work completed. Zero effort. Should have been easiest, most profitable repair. We have a warranty, they pay out top dollar and promptly, I know this because I had just used it, in a similar situation. I sent pictures, part numbers, and all info on warranty on 5/20/22. Understanding "everyone is busy" I let Ed with Nature & Me RV know that we were in the area for 2 months (Aug.1). I even stopped in to put a face to my name, I was told they were sending my request for service to "warranty" next week. Zero call. Today is 7/13/22 Zero call back. Zero request for service. Their loss, someone else's gain $$$$

Doesn't have much inventory and doesn't respond to messages or emails about what inventory they do have. Shop for an Airstream elsewhere.

Great selection of RV parts and accessories. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have the parts you're looking for they can order. They sell Vespa scooters too!

A great experience. I worked with Jillian on and off over the span of a couple of months with various quotes. She was very responsive and attentive. I found a used Airstream as soon as it hit the lot and worked with Jillian through the sales process. She was extremely helpful and it was a wonderful buying experience. Everyone that I interacted with on the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and helpful as well. Even after the sale! Highly recommended.

We did not buy our 2019 Palomino Solaire from Nature and Me RV but they are consistently kind, honest and professional when we take it there for service. Most recently, we had awning damage from a large limb that fell onto the awning causing it to pull out of the channel. We spoke with Ed by phone and set up an appointment to get an estimate. When we took it in, Ed had Kim take a look and they determined that it could easily be put back in which Rob did. And most amazingly....they did it on the spot and did not charge us anything. When I paid for some other items we needed, I expressed my amazement to an employee and she replied, "yea, we have a pretty good team here". I totally agree! We will definitely be getting all of our service and our next trailer from Nature and Me RV!!

Why would you go anywhere else to purchase your Airstream dream come true! We started with Lisa who accommodated our last minute changes to the 2020 Caravel 20FB. We travelled now down to Florida and back with it. Our family memories are just beginning! Everything about it fit our needs right now. She tailored her sales approach to our needs and never did we feel pressured. Secondly, Andy made the financing no problem and helped too with last minute changes to financing. It took only a total of an hour to have everything taken care of. We never thought it would be that easy! Finally, Kim and all the staff at the service department helped new first time travel trailer owners to understand the basics and Dan did a careful walk through in detail to operate it. We had one issue and Kim brought his workers in last minute right before our trip outside of business hours to repair it. It was fixed no problem. I reached out to Kim about another issue when boon-docking and he helped again. I just wouldn’t understand anyone going elsewhere for service or purchasing your new RV. We looked at Grand Rapids and so glad we did not go there because the staff responses were nothing like Lisa and Andy in helping us. Stay local at Nature and Me RV and Northern Michigan Airstream as your preferred dealer!

Absolutely fantastic service. I can’t say enough for how grateful we are to the service guys, and the entire staff, who not only did a great job on our 1977 Argosy Minuet, they were also super-responsive and thorough in dealing with a follow up issue the next day, i have never seen a shop that is so dedicated to making sure the customer is happy, and standing behind the work they do.. I would use this shop again in a heartbeat. Thanks particularly to Ed, Ed and Rob!

I bought a Piaggio Liberty 150 from these folks. The salesman Andy dropped it off at my house for me ( free of charge )and later dropped off the plate for it. I was very pleased with the customer service here, and would buy from them again. I love the scooter too!

This is our first experience with purchasing an RV and I have been extremely disappointed by the customer service and communication at this dealership. While many things are out of a dealer's hands, the communication could have been much better. We were misled on the arrival date of our RV at least three times in the course of the last three months. The second time that we were told our RV would be in the following week, I went ahead and booked a camping trip, and ended up having to pay quite a bit to rent a cabin. We still have not received our RV. If I were to have the option to do this again, I would absolutely go to a different dealership.
