A girl there named Jackie and the tailor helped us out big time today. We had a wedding to attend and they made it all happen for us. Jackie got me and my 2 boys fitted and dressed in a time crunch. Highly recommend this location!

Wow, what a horrible experience my family and I encountered at the Dearborn men's warehouse. I’m the father of the groom. We rented 70 tuxedos. KAYLA who is the store manager sold me a dream when I set up the wedding party. She originally told me my son will have a free tux and $250 store credit. After the wedding on 6/6/22, we went to the store and were told the groom's tux was subtracted from the $250 credit. This was shocking to me. Another issue we had all tuxedos came in with the wrong (white) shirt colors. When I called Kayla to ask why this happened she said she will fix it and get black shirts in. Some of the wedding party was able to get the black shirts in on time others weren’t able to. We had half wedding wearing white shirts and the other half black shirts. Kayla also called the cops on one of the groomsmen because he asked to get his tuxedo adjusted or his deposit back. She told him he can’t have either and asked him to leave the store. Cops were called and escorted him out of the store without a tuxedo or deposit. I had 70 guests who rented tuxedos, 43 of them had issues with sizes and delivery. Issues happen and professional people deal with them the right way to make things work for everyone. However, KAYLA and store employees would tell them they can't help and it's either they take it or leave it. No deposits will be refunded. Very unprofessional. I was getting calls every hour from an upset family member who paid $160 for a defective tuxedo. My family and I have been coming to this location for 12 years for weddings. This is by far the last time we come to this location. I would like upper management to reach out to me and have a one-on-one conversation about this as this ruined my son's wedding experience.

He kept telling my 14 year old son what to get and directed me to finish the sale about 3 times in 15 minutes. To put things into perspective, we were only there about a half hour total. We ultimately did not buy anything as he wasn't really letting us look and choose for ourselves.
