Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Left a saw there for over a month. They "Lost" My information. Never mind I called them about 3 times over the course of a week. Was told first they needed a carb. Then finally received a call today that the saw was toasted. After going to Ace hardware and picking up 40 dollars worth of parts. The saw is working great. (They said it'd be cheaper to buy a new 500-600dollar saw.) Do yourself a favor. Go any place else. Ace Hardware is over priced but at least they know what they're talking about.

The Work N Play Shop is a great place for your outdoor power equipment. My husband & I had purchased a lawn mower from a different store. It broke after only using it for a few months & we were having issues getting it fixed with the store we purchased it from. Work N Play Shop was absolutely wonderful in helping us get our mower fixed. We worked with Mike, who was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding & very helpful. We are now loyal work n play shop customers & will be making our future outdoor power equipment purchases from them over any other store.

The Work N Play Shop is a great place for your outdoor power equipment. My husband & I had purchased a lawn mower from a different store. It broke after only using it for a few months & we were having issues getting it fixed with the store we purchased it from. Work N Play Shop was absolutely wonderful in helping us get our mower fixed. We worked with Mike, who was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding & very helpful. We are now loyal work n play shop customers & will be making our future outdoor power equipment purchases from them over any other store.

They help me out great with my 2003 tractor, and I handed it down to a step son which is still running like the first day I mowed my huge yard in Manton. And now that this one I have. Now for two years is still going to mow about the size of a postage stamp again this year. Two years ago started this addition on this house. And this builder still is not done with the addition inside. And also the guy that should be doing the Grading. He is not going to work on it till the builder is completely done working here. That’s because he don’t want them (builders),driving on it or even walking or placing there lifts on it. So there will not be much mowing again this year I guess ?? But if I don’t hear from Jerri with a “i” then I might see what they have in a used tractor with, a front bucket on it. And ill teach myself how to do my Grading here. And this Builder will pay me instead of this guy that put it off last summer. Took everything we had to get him here to grade the driveway so Concrete could be poured and asphalt be laid to the road. So let me fill you in on what I’am going to do. That if, they can make me a Great Deal on a used one. Then, I can do here with it,,,,,,,& on some other land that needs to be graded for asphalt okay ? Staff did not seem interested in selling a lawnmower. I asked about a specific model on the floor and was directed to look at a model I was not interested in. I had several questions about the model I was looking at and was not given a good answer nor was I offered time for the staff to look into obtaining answers. I have shopped at this shop for years, too bad on this trip I came away disappointed.

We love this store friendly service and we always get a great deal there are places that are closer to us but they are RIP offs so we prefer to go to the work n play shop because they are kind and dont RIP people off

This place will RIP YOU OFF! We have gone there twice now and they have replaced extra parts that were fine and did not ask before completing this work. We asked for one tire and 2 belts to be replaced and were quoted under $200. When they brought it back the bill was over $500 and many other things were added to our bill to pad it! The work is good but are NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

They can probably fix your issue, but the manager seemed to be very dismissive and on his own agenda to rack up fees. The owner was courteous and able to assist with parts, but when the sales and service manager was asked about an issue, he was basically an A$$. I would never buy from him or take something there to be fixed. I only use them for parts now after my first run in personally and the feedback I have had from others who have also experienced his dismissive and disrespectful attitude toward customers asking questions. Unfortunate that some people will still focus everything on profit and screwing people over vs. customer service and trust for repeat business and referral. John Deere is already priced higher than competitors, so be ready to pay more at this place for service or sales including whatever bonus, commission, or salary that the manager makes for being a “top sales pusher”.
