I’ve used Tri county a few times, this past year has been a hassle. If you need parts outside of the super generic stuff speak to service. Some of the parts counter guys don’t take the time to check the specs on what they order. Not sure if it’s out of a lack of knowledge on what they sell or just laziness.

Bought a Z930M a few weeks back from Tri County, the experience was painless and very smooth. The salesman Johnny was very easy to deal with and he answered all of my questions. The time from purchase to delivery was a little too long for me even though they had my mower in stock but apparently they are very busy and were backed up so I understand. All in all very happy with the experience and my new mower is like driving a Cadillac, very happy with it.

Nice place to check out all the toys! Everything you need from John Deere, Lawn Mowers to Combines, these guys have it all! I visit the parts counter often and am always impressed, the guys are more than happy to help me out! They sell both John Deere and Stihl parts at the counter. Be sure to check out the Stihl display as well, nice setup with all the power equipment you will ever need. Clean store with friendly staff.

I walked in 2 weeks ago. I asked some questions to a young guy behind the counter. He answered my questions. Let me test drive a John Deere tractor S120. Gave me some prices. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Went home to website. Financed it and Tri County called me to say when it would be delivered. Thank you Johnny Fick for all your help.

You should tell your driver to watch himself. Next time he pulls out in front of me on 24 and does 20mph under the speed limit and flips me off because I honked at him, Ill make sure I have more time to follow him. Was just looking at a tractor out front and I've decided to go Rosy Brothers!

I would give 0 stars if it were applicable. We purchased a battery that I installed. After charging for days we were able to get it to fire. After an hour or so of mowing I hopped off to move something in the yard. The battery was dead again. My first thoughts is it's a charging issue. No big deal I will take it to a LOCAL business who cares about the people of lapeer. Boy was I wrong. We took the machine in to investigate the charging issue and for a 1000 hours maintenance. They had it for 3 weeks and noticed the battery they sold us was faulty once again no big deal but they charged us 40 dollars to install the battery and never did the service then proceeded to call us a liar saying we never asked for a 1000 hour service. They took advantage of a sweet old lady and my next tractor will be orange. absolutely disgusting business ethics

Horrible Customer Service. I purchased a new battery, for $70, on May 14th. After several days with attempts of charging and getting it to run, I made arrangements to deliver my tractor to have them fix it. It was at the close of the day on May 23th, Memorial Day weekend . Upon picking it up three weeks later (6/19), I was informed it was a faulty battery and was charged an additional $45. Looking at the receipt, the 1000 hour maintenance was not done. Instead of Tri County Equipment stating they may not have heard the request or forgot, I was called a liar instead. Nice to see they question my character and integrity. Just want my additional $45 refunde d.

Social Distancing and barrior between customers and parts desk. Had parts on hand for a 30 yrs old J.D. mowing deck at cheaper than Amazon & eBay priceing. Very knowledgeable. Was able to identify parts I needed even though I didn't have mowers serial #. Good idea to have # with you.
