I have been there three times never again! The pharmacist is a very rude individual. The first two times thought it was the customers. First two times in there was told my RX would be ready by a specific time. knowing the times we live in business being short handed. I went two hrs later. Scrips still not ready. When I had five days left I called CVS to have scrips transfer follow up with call to Rite Aid that I wanted scrips transferred. She said she would get to it when she could. I go to cvs to get scrips they were never transfer. CVS called today was busy they had to call back. I called today to ask that she transfer my scrips she went off on me. Told me she had know idea what was talking about. She told me to call cvs they have them call again. This woman is a nasty person should be in customer care she is rude and no helpful. I use to shop there because of convenience never again. This store will continue to loose customers as long as she is the pharmacist . If I could give negative stars it would be -5

This morning I went in looking for lip therapy for extremely dry lips. The young lady who cashed me out made a great recommendation to add to my list of items to try. That was the O'Keefe Lip Therapy, I tried it first and it stands up to its other hydrating products. Very happy. She was friendly and cheerful at 7am. Thank you!

COVID testing here is a joke… you wait in the drive thru line (along side everyone else picking up Rx or otherwise) and then when you get the the window they are woefully understaffed and seem disorganized, trying to handle filling Rx for folks inside and manage the window (same people handling tests as filling Rx orders, really?). I get staffing shortages and all, but this was extreme. Once you actually take the test they inform you that results are 5+ days away, even though the site you sign up on has 1-3 days written all over the place. That is the fault of Project Baseline and not Rite Aid, but still frustrating that you don’t learn that until after it’s too late to do anything about it… especially since everyone is booked up days ahead of time right now. Don’t use this site if you need quick results or won’t want to sit in a line for over an hour past your appointment time. Update: results took 6 days, in the end.

What a waste of time! We had an appointment for my daughter to have a rapid COVID test. We waited in the line at the drive thru pharmacy for more than 30 minutes. The pharmacist told us they don't have any rapid tests. I can only conclude that Rite Aid has poor management.

Really disappointed that we have switched pharmacies 2xs now I had kidney stones and my wife had major back surgery due to a fall Walgreens really us around getting our pain meds and riteaid doesn't even stock them Riteaid also shorted us on what pain meds we had prescriptions for. Not everyone is A Drug Addict! This state and these pharmacies have gone overboard. If you have lived with someone in constant pain you know how badly pain medication helps those in need. You responded but it changes nothing now you want me to contact customer service ? How about you train Pattie not to act like we are drug addicts when we are in need my wife has 8 screws and rods in her back and nothings changed. She should at least attempt to be professional instead of passing judgement we are taking our business elsewhere even though it's a lot less convenient.

I'm not entirely sure why the pharmacy team are so rude at this location. One could only assume that they don't like their career choice, thus taking their passive aggressive attitude out on the customers. Service is slow and met with judgmental eyes from staff solid 1 star

Going to echo Amy's review here and say the same thing - don't go to this pharmacy, they are incompetent with flu shot vaccine administration. Or if you must, don't get your shot from the younger dark skinned pharmacist/pharm tech - he injects too high which can cause a host of shoulder issues. I assume most providers know about SIRVA and know how to landmark an injection, but apparently Rite Aid doesn't do any due diligence on their employees who provide shots, because it's clear at least one pharmacist here is clueless. My wife has been in agony for over a month now due to his incompetence, and because I know Rite Aid won't do anything about it, I'm just posting this here to warn others. It's the least I can do for now.

Avoid this pharmacy - one of the employees gives flu shots too high up the arm which is grossly incompetent. Shoulder has been in pain for a number of weeks now due to this. Rite Aid needs to vet their employees better.

“We aren’t filling prescriptions right now. We are just giving COVID-19 vaccines.” Is what I was told yesterday. Are you kidding me? You are a PHARMACY. You stop filling meds altogether? I won’t come back to this place. How absolutely ridiculous. They told me it was going to be 12 hours for a medication to be filled (an antibiotic for my child) and that they’d text me. (An easy med to fill. Nothing needed to be compounded or reconstituted. It didn’t even have to run through insurance.) They either never filled it at all or never texted me. Horrible service. Please stop letting people at this location give vaccines. They obviously can’t handle it and your customer service is suffering.
