Outstanding service. Been using this pharmacy for over 8 months now. When I need my prescriptions to be expedited they do it, even same day if needed. They never make any mistakes with orders. They'll also contact me if my refills are overdue. I use their website and it's efficient and lets me track my prescriptions. Usually I don't ask for expediting but I have 3 times and they;'ve been very accommodating.

Best pharmacy ever. They monitor my prescriptions to make sure they are right for me. Delivery is same day if required. Beats CVS, Walgreens and Rite-Aid.

Customer service representative just hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking and had a simple question regarding medication. Throughout the call she was saying “Okie dokie” and talking like a child! Pharmacy advantage needs to work on the training of there customer service representatives and teach them professionalism.

Unauthorized prescription sent in mail with no ability return and they still want to pay for it. I never contacted them for prescriition and even I did not tell my doctor's office that I want the prescription filled. They keep blaming doctor's office and vice-versa. It seems like scandal between doctor's office and the pharmacy.

The first time I used them they sent the medication to the wrong address. The second time I requested the medication, I called twice within a 3 week period, and found out that they hadn't even sent the medication out even though the pharmarist promised it would in December. USE THIS PHARMACY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The staff as individuals are very kind and do try to help with any issues that occur. However, I have not received my Metformin in two weeks. I called to inquire where it was and they said “oh looks like you need to request a refill from your doctor.” It would have been nice to have received a call since I have auto-refills set up and wouldn’t have known. They then offer to call the doctor for me. A week passes and still no meds. Turns out they never contacted my doctor and it has now been two weeks (I ended up doing it myself). I also keep getting a lot of mail saying my bills haven’t been paid despite me paying through HFHS - and now I’m receiving late fees. The payment process is also not intuitive and can be time consuming.

I did not go there physically, but dealt with two exceptional employees who discovered I was in need of assistance following a return home from surgery, a lost purse, and an urgent need for a new medication. Both went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining the needed medication, thinking through alternate payment options, and as I no longer drive, arranging to get it brought to my home. I was floored by their concern and in awe of their problem solving skills. I have used this company for some time and have always been pleased. This last experience was so exceptional, there really is no adequate way to express my thanks. I hope they both see this or hear of it.

Absolutely the most terrible service for pharmacy. Save yourself the trouble and use a pharmacy with competence. Every prescription I tried to fill has resulted in multiple phone calls just to get them to do their jobs. Then, when asking for employee ID information they refuse and give a generic name so that they won't have to deal with you later once they transfer you to a voice-mail. It is no wonder people, such as seniors, are harmed by not having medications as places like this do not provide medication in a timely manner. On the other side, they bill you promptly and this is efficient. (Ironic when it comes to what this corporation needs they're actually efficient and leave the incompetent employees to handle dispensing medications.

To make a long story short. I left a refill request on their voice-mail system last Friday. Decided to call earlier today to see when my RX would be coming. Apparently, there was a problem when they run my insurance. Now, one would think you would get a call and alert me. Nope. So, 6 days later. I'm still without my meds. Still trying to figure out how a simple phone call was too hard. They dropped the ball. Will never do business with them again.

Doctor called in refill for blood thinner and it was urgent I get medication ASAP. I verified they received Rx and they had it and said it would be mailed out that day. Six days later no medication? I call and without one apology the rep says we will send that out now. That is poor service to not send out when it was script is received as well as not realizing the importance of me having my blood thinner I could possibly have a clot. The way they answer the phone as of late is very unprofessional. No hello no introduction to whom I’m calling. Disappointed in them and will probably move all my Rx back to local Rite Aid.
