I usually don't care for CVS due to their high prices and inconsistant customer service, but the cashier Pascal really hustled and went out of his way to service the customers. He also helped me with their silly coupons and avoided me having to make an additional trip to the store. They need more like him. ~Kerry

Outstanding service. Been using this pharmacy for over 8 months now. When I need my prescriptions to be expedited they do it, even same day if needed. They never make any mistakes with orders. They'll also contact me if my refills are overdue. I use their website and it's efficient and lets me track my prescriptions. Usually I don't ask for expediting but I have 3 times and they;'ve been very accommodating. ~Clovis

I have been there three times never again! The pharmacist is a very rude individual. The first two times thought it was the customers. First two times in there was told my RX would be ready by a specific time. knowing the times we live in business being short handed. I went two hrs later. Scrips still not ready. When I had five days left I called CVS to have scrips transfer follow up with call to Rite Aid that I wanted scrips transferred. She said she would get to it when she could. I go to cvs to get scrips they were never transfer. CVS called today was busy they had to call back. I called today to ask that she transfer my scrips she went off on me. Told me she had know idea what was talking about. She told me to call cvs they have them call again. This woman is a nasty person should be in customer care she is rude and no helpful. I use to shop there because of convenience never again. This store will continue to loose customers as long as she is the pharmacist . If I could give negative stars it would be -5 ~Steve

This pharmacy used to be phenomenal when REBECCA was there. Since she’s been out and who knows if she’s returning, the customer service has gone down the drain. Looking for a new pharmacy to go to now. ~Michelle

I usually go to the Hollywood deli because the service is so much better. I always have to wait at Kroger deli, even when I'm the first or only customer and two or three employees are present in the deli. I can't think of another business of any kind that conducts its business in this way. ~Kathryn

This used to be one of my favorites, but prices increased 25% and package sizes/counts shrinking making it much more expensive to shop. Employees seem stressed and some of the older women at checkout seem disinterested/dismissive/rude. I’m sure this isn’t an easy job but please don’t take it out on your customers. ~Nicholas

Okay selection. Big store. Couldn't find a few items that should be stocked. Higher prices when I visited. Especially for the lower quality items. Big open isles to space easily. ~Joshua

If you want to find the best equipment for your kitchen, this is the place for you. I always know I can find those specialized or high-end equipment that I'm looking for here. The staff at staff is super friendly and helpful. if they don't have what you're looking for in the store, the more than willing to order for you online. ~LOParadise

Wish I didn't even have to leave a rating. I am appaled at the way the manager treats her customers in the store. Numerous times I have gone into this store and the manager has been incredibly disrespectful. I witnessed her be incredibly rude to a customer today and I spoke up for her and told the manager that it was rude for her to act the way she did. She was so embarrassed for me calling her out that she walked away and hid in the back of the store. I would be ashamed if I were her! She needs to be let go! That is not how you represent customer service. I don't even know how this lady is still here! Disgusting!!! ~Ashley
