The staff at staff is super friendly and helpful. if they don't have what you're looking for in the store, the more than willing to order for you online.

Do NOT order anything from this company online. I ordered trash bags on 10/20 with a delivery date of 11/3. During this time, no order notifications were sent to keep me updated on the status of the order. On 11/3, I receive an email saying that the order will actually take another two weeks to fill/arrive. Called customer service to cancel the order and they said “sorry there’s no way we can do that.” Are you kidding me? What an absolutely HORRIBLE experience that guarantees I will never buy another thing from Williams Sonoma.

Love this location. We went in looking for a specific ravioli cutter and only found an expensive one. An employee helped us find a different one and then looked for it in the back and found it. She was so helpful. They also have so many cooking tools that can be hard to find elsewhere.

Fantastic place to purchase high end cooking and baking items! I purchased a Williams Sonoma GoldenTouch Baking Pan (9x9). I am extremely satisfied with it! I have never used a baking pan that even remotely compares to the performance of this product. The instant I entered the store I was greeted and offered assitance finding anything I need. I told the staff member I was looking for a 9x9 baking pan and she took me to the store’s selection and gave me detailed insight on the specifications of each option I had. I felt very well taken care of. If you desire only the highest quality, best performing cooking and baking items, Williams Sonoma is the only place to go. I will be going exclusively to this establishment from now on to purchase my cooking and baking hardware. .
