I usually don't care for CVS due to their high prices and inconsistant customer service, but the cashier Pascal really hustled and went out of his way to service the customers. He also helped me with their silly coupons and avoided me having to make an additional trip to the store. They need more like him.

Your experience will vary depending on who’s working. Often when I’m in there is a very kind man who is a manager of the store and is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. Today I instead got checked out by a lady who was fairly rude considering nothing of the issue was my fault. First off a couple of my food items were expired by a month and needed to be removed from the purchase. Their card machine was malfunctioning and would not accept swipe or chip and the lady had me fiddle with it back and forth for about 5 minutes before she took my card saying she’d do it herself just to do the same thing for another 5 minutes for nothing. She also then didn’t believe that I had a care pass when I asked about my $10 off because she rang up the wrong phone number. She never bothered to try the other register or call for assistance at any point. Ended up being forced to use cash, could at least put a sign if that’s the case, I’m usually not carrying any and just so happened to be at that moment. All this and the lady never once apologized for the inconvenience. Used to shop here all the time but it’s been less and less lately, and probably will continue to be.

Hit or miss depending on who’s working in the pharmacy. Some are nice and some are rude. The cashier today seems like she had a lobotomy, she didn’t see the 35% off coupon but Later when I checked it was there on my card.

This cvs staff is very impatient and insane. Nurse professional left even before taking the last test of the day. CVS can actually close this store. This store is of no use.

I was returning a call back to pharmacy because once again they auto filled a prescription I no longer take. I have asked over 2 times to stop auto fills. Then for some reason the pharmacist was rude, short and hung up on me. I was shock that she made this my fault. I have had problems in the pass with this pharmacist. She has poor people skills and is frequently rude. She has work there for along time and obviously CVS does care how she treats customers. I will change my prescriptions to another pharmacy and it won’t be a CVS.

Too busy to fill my prescription. Location must be completely understaffed. because I have been here multiple times and there too busy to fill my prescription same day which makes me go to other places and get it filled same day. And I will not return to get my prescriptions filled here. They need to hire more staff, or improve their customer service experience.

I have been shopping at this store when it was another franchise. The staff here goes above and beyond customer service. There are many places for the consumer to shop, all carrying the Same merchandise. I frequent this location 2 to 3 times a week. The Staff is why I go to this Location. The changes in the past year have been greatly noticed! The Pharmacy is also very Kind and never makes you feel like your bothering them. Yes I have experienced that in other Ones.

Cvs pharmacy always messed up my medicine and never has it ready when they are supposed to. Constantly having to make multiple trips to the pharmacy.. Even after texting my phone saying it’s ready.. Came today to pick up two medicines and told they didn’t have anything for me. When they checked tried to make it the doctors fault... One I get every month and the other is new medication.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst in the area. The service is slow, if you come after 5, you can pretty much forget getting service in a timely manner, or having your prescription ready when they tell you it will be.

This place is awful. They never have anything you need, management was shaken up a few months ago (I used to stop here every day so I'm familiar with the employees) and ever since the new manager has taken over this place is a total dump. Stock left out in aisles in boxes, half products out of stock more than they're in stock, and you're guaranteed a long line at the register. The employees are nice but management is a joke. Find another pharmacy this is a waste of your time
