I just visited this location for the first time and I was appalled at how badly it looked inside. The items on the shelves were a mess in every aisle and they had boxes stacked on the floor. The floors were very dirty and the shelves as well. There was a line of us waiting for checking out and yet no one was on a register and we waited for several minutes for someone to show up. The Royal Oak location is much nicer than this one.

It should be called a dollar and a quarter tree. Just doesn't have the same ring does it?? And their tiny packages aren't worth the extra quarter. Also there are entire sections that are bare. I tried to get a gift bag for a baby gift, but there literally were none. Not worth the gas to drive there!!!

The customer service by the cashier was terrible! The cashiers name was Kristine and I was I. Their purchasing house hold items and their was multiple things I was purchasing I asked the cashier if I could use a grocery cart to transport my merchandise to my vehicle and she started saying “yes if you want to go to jail I guess you can” like what is this lady talking about? So rude saying I love you people, she was profiling me and just rude, I would never go back to this dollar tree just so rude, I wouldn’t go back just because I would never want to expierience rude customer service like that ever again! Like you can’t even shop in peace in their all cuz if you run into this cashier she might be very rude to you saying subliminal things

Wish I didn't even have to leave a rating. I am appaled at the way the manager treats her customers in the store. Numerous times I have gone into this store and the manager has been incredibly disrespectful. I witnessed her be incredibly rude to a customer today and I spoke up for her and told the manager that it was rude for her to act the way she did. She was so embarrassed for me calling her out that she walked away and hid in the back of the store. I would be ashamed if I were her! She needs to be let go! That is not how you represent customer service. I don't even know how this lady is still here! Disgusting!!!

Poor struggling staff!!! Only 1 cashier and a manager, store was Trashed and not restocked. Looks like it's closing. Random store hours and random products available.

Hours are 11am-7pm, I went to the store twice and both times they were closed, because apparently updating their google page is too difficult. Manager was standing blocking the door first time 5 minutes to closing.

Manager locked up 5 mins early, saw me try to get in (to pick up a paid for order) and walked away. Open carrying doesn't make you look cool bro. Hours on Google are wrong, they don't bother to change it apparently.

Worst dollar store I have ever been to. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest dollar store to my home given the hours (which are listed wrong on here) are awful, is never stocked well, and takes forever to check out. Please make some changes!

This store never seems open. Their hours do not match google’s hours or even the online website. This store does not open til 11am most days and they are closed all day on Thursdays?! It makes no sense.

Hardly ever stocked. Manager always hides in back letting one poor older guy take care of all the customers till the line is all the way down the isle then gives the guy and customers attitude when she has to come out. Saw her acting like one old lady was stupid because she was trying to return things without a receipt I understand the policy but no need to be rude with an elderly women. The poor older gentleman that works there needs a raise.
