Tony was absolutely amazing! He was not your typical sales guy that is very pushy. From the moment we walked in he was super polite and showed us where we should look depending on what we wanted, then told us to look around and he would catch up with us in a few. Any questions we had he had an answer. If anyone I knew was looking for new furniture I would recommend Tony 100%!

Ray was great and had great customer service. We spoke to him a week before we purchased and his attentiveness to me and my wife is definitely what brought us back after we went home to consider a purchase. He gave us time to look around, and was able to answer every question we had.

Worst experience ever! Purchased a recliner for almost $900. I thought it being from Ashley it would be a quality product. Went the next day to pick it up and the warehouse worker cuts the box open. From first sight it didn't look new. There were particle board chips pieces and the corner fabric was off. First impression was they would sell you anything after the sale. I left the recliner there and went back to the store to refund my money. There was no conversation to make it right. I won't be back!!

We went in looking for a couch for our new home. Tara greeted us and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well as laid back and helped us with any questions we had. We were transparent and told her we still wanted to shop around at local competitors just to see what else was out there. We ended up back at Ashley because they had the best prices, as well as the best customer service. Tara was phenomenal even though we changed our minds a million different times. Then Kevin at the front desk made the whole transaction flawless to check out. 10/10 recommend Tara and Kevin!

I do not recommend buying anything from this store. I bought my bed back in May the very first night my bed was making cracking noise. I called and they ordered parts and sent a service person to fix it took about 2 weeks. The service guy knocked my closet door off trying to fix the bed then said the reason was whoever put it together the first time had the posts too high which made the slates uneven. They drilled the slates into the side of my bed (which they were suppose to do) but that made the side of the bed on both sides crack. This is what holds my mattress up. I’ve been calling customer service and emailing the service department pictures of my bed and how it’s broken their response is we’re waiting on a response from the service manager. Every time I call I get the same answer. This is an unsafe bed and they do not seem to care. At this point they can have this bed and give me my money back because I can give someone else my money who can provide what I need.

Moe (salesman) was great. We were greeted immediately when walking into the store. Moe introduced himself & asked purpose of visit/what we were shopping for. Politely stated he would lets us look around and check back in. Wasn’t the typical “looming” sales guy. Friendly & good personality. Directed/showed some really nice pieces of furniture, again based on our initial conversation. Definitely recommend if you visit the Ashley store in Flint…ask for Moe.

Tara, and Lucy were both great. Tara was very knowledgeable on the mattresses we looked at, and answered all our questions extremely well. When we were checking out Lucy was a great help, she shared her knowledge with us, and help expedite the process. Both ladies, and the rest of the staff we very friendly. They made our shopping experience a joy. Thank you!

Just purchased my first home and have been very satisfied with everything. I feel like I’m going “home” when going to Ashley’s ! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Excited to furnish the rest of my house but great selection and prices. 5/5 for sure !
