I went and bought almost 300 bucks in stuff the cashier said jeep your recipe if you want to return anything you need it. Wow really if I return anything which I don't unless it's broken in the box. Why couldn't they just exchange it. This is why I shop Amazon they give me no hassle

They have recently rearranged their store to make it a more open design. The people there are always helpful and friendly. I recommend purchasing the beyond+ membership if you spend more than $150 annually it pays for itself.

Customer service was friendly and the store was very neat but I noticed stock was pretty low and shells were very empty

I purchased almost $300 worth of merchandise today. All the store staff were extremely cheerful & helpful but I was a bit frustrated when the cashier did not help me locate a coupon as requested, did not appear to care about my request, as I was doing my best to locate one online. She was patient though as I looked which was nice. Normally I don’t care about coupons but with a purchase this large I wanted to use the 10% one. After I found a smaller one I checked out & had to have another staff order something for me online as the item was not in the store. Her name was Sydney and she was so kind, patient, & helpful. She gave me the exact directions I needed for a coupon I had previously asked her co-worker for. Jacob the store manager had to assist in the exchange and was so delightful! Given the current climate of stores being short-staffed, they could’ve been stressed & short by nature but Sydney & Jacob WERE COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR HELPING ME & MAKING MY EXPERIENCE exactly how I originally intended for it to be. Keep up the great work, you matter!!!

Treated myself to a new bamboo dish drainer & cutlery holder. Make sure to always use their coupons to get the best deal. They even except expired coupons. 👍
