I've been getting my Rx filled here for more than 3 years. The staff here has always been helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to get my prescription filled for me. I appreciate all of their hard work.

The manager Brad B. was very disrespectful, he Discriminated me for having my doctor office an hour away even though I explained to him I had just moved here. He refused to fill my prescription which is no big deal I can find another pharmacy somewhere else but the way he talked to me like I was a criminal was absolutely hurtful. No STARS for this Walmart Pharmacy!!!!!!

Today is May 17th 2020. I got out for the first time in over 2 months by myself today. I went to the Walmart in Grand Blanc to do some shopping. I was enjoying my time shopping and got everything that I wanted in my basket. Unfortunately they were out of the large packs of toilet paper and I had to get four of the smaller packs. When I get to the register, the cashier informed me that they were only selling one pack per customer. I explained to her that I live with several women( all are my relatives) and I needed that much to get us by for the month. I not only had that I had groceries worth about $300 in the cart as well. After explaining my situation to the cashier she was willing to work with me on it until a floor manager came over and started giving her a hard time about selling me that many packs of toilet paper. Well I understand them wanting to limited too one pack per customer, a one pack of four rolls isn't going to last my house for 2 days. I tried to explain it to the manager but she was unwilling to listen. I don't know if she was trying to get something over on the old white guy or not. I did feel that I was treated badly, even though it is store policy to sell only one pack per customer. There are other ways to deal with a situation like that other than to treat somebody badly because they're trying to get what they need. I've dealt with rude and uncivil employees at this Walmart before, and always had a decent resolution. Unfortunately this time she pushed me to the point where I told them to keep their product and I left. It is likely that I will visit the store again, although I will do it begrudgingly. It seems over the last 10 to 12 years the quality of floor level Walmart management, the selection of product they carry, and unwillingness of management to provide adequate staff for customers that need help has gotten very bad indeed. I plan on contacting the general manager of the store, and corporate about the cordiality of their employees, if I had been treated decently this situation may have had a very different outcome.

They were very unhelpful when they learned I was a self pay. I asked if they could assist me in finding discounts for the prescriptions and they told me i should have figured that out before I arrived because they were busy and didn't have time for this because it was almost lunch time
