They turned the gas off while we were pumping it. The hours posted on the door said they didn't close for another 15 minutes.

Poor customer service. I thought it was rude that their employees were checking out other customers who came in after I asked for help and really didnt pay attention. Luckily the gas station across the street was able to help me. ALSO allowed people to walk in WITHOUT a mask on. I felt very uncomfortable being inside. I do not recommend coming here

People working there are great just bad management of facility, closes at random periods of the night. If your gonna close then set a non 24 hrs shifts and close for night after midnight to 6 am or something. Don't say your a 24 hr open when your not ty

I travel a lot and tend to prefer Shell stations. This is my favorite in the city. Employees are polite and friendly, convenience store is well maintained. Pumps are always working. During one of our snowstorms, it was the ONLY place open in the area.

Jackie is very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t know why my items wasn’t ringing up The way it was advertised . So I asked if she could get her manager to help she said she doesn’t have to serve me and asked me leave . I was shocked at her response me being the customer there. I said no I want to see her manager she then said if I don’t leave she will call the police. I had my child with me and knew I did nothing wrong I let her call them she needs to be train on how to deal with regular people ,She’s too ghetto and rude to behind a resister serving customers.

They will hold your card payment for six weeks before running it, and when you complain they bounce you to corporate who tells you this location is not a corporate store. It's been weeks now and nobody from corporate or this store has ever gotten back to me. Never go here if you have to budget or are poor because this store will cause you to overdraft when you least expect it.
