Ordered food and treats and the cashier messed up the order. Ordered a salad it was horrible hardly had salad more chicken then anything. Not a good thing . Disappointed.

The worst service order!! On a Sunday night at 10:15pm we had pulled up to the store, a person began to take the order when all of the sudden it went silent we sat in line for a good 10 minutes with no answer. I pulled up to the window and saw a crew of 4 people hiding in the back not taking order but the open sign on. They didn’t not consider we had been out there and continued to ignore their customers! Horrible service!

The ice cream still good but just wish they had a responsible adult supervising what all those kids there are doing, there is like 6 or 7 youngsters working there and only one of them knows what she's doing, the other 5 or 6 have no clue and you can tell by their attitude that they don't want to be there because they put zero effort on what they are doing, we were there waiting for our order and they forgot about it, some other customers came in, order and left with their stuff and no body care about ours, after minutes waiting finally the one person that actually was working and paying attention to what was happening came and give us our order, sometimes this type of things are the ones that make you don't want to go back to a business like that, and the tables and floors can use a little cleaning because they are very dirty, anyways maybe they just need some guidance and some more training, who knows.....

I absolutely love the unicorn berry blast dipped ice cream cone if not that the butterscotch dipped cone is always on the menu and has never let me down

Not Good Service Very Slow Night Crew Young Workers Unprofessional messing around in the bathrooms ect. Lazy Bone Heads !!!All The Crew Did Was Mess Around and hung out on there cell phones around 8pm …..They Need Management !!! Because They’re Slacking !!!!At This Location !!!!!! In Thornton ….Dissatisfied And Waited For My Ice cream for 20 mins !!!!the blizzards were melting couldn’t enjoy them had to toss them out just very poor costumer service!!!!!!!!!! 🤦🏽♀️ Reporting this to corporate because this needs to be addressed hopefully I can get my money back !!!! 🏽😠 do not go here your better off going elsewhere!!!!!

Ordered a character cake a week and half ago for pick up today. Go in and they dont have my cake, the guy was wearing a dirty uniform and gross fuzzy hat. Had no care about missing order. Disappointed a kid on their birthday. No attempt of making it right either.

Live close to this DQ, and every single time I come here it's a major let down. They stop serving warm food at 8. What I order is never up to par, they give you barely any toppings or the wrong ones altogether. Definitely not going back here anymore.

Was ex excellent I went in and I ordered a old fashioned strawberry soda which was not on the menu and the kids didn't know how to make it but they put forth their best effort and tried to make it and they did a great job it tasted great they gave it their best shot and they did great and you could tell that they had no clue what they're doing but they really tried and did a good job had a great attitude and I just was really impressed with these kids it was 20 minutes before closing time and they had a great attitude I would recommend this place to anybody
