Best ice cream shop in Thornton, Colorado (CO) 2024

The worst service order!! On a Sunday night at 10:15pm we had pulled up to the store, a person began to take the order when all of the sudden it went silent we sat in line for a good 10 minutes with no answer. I pulled up to the window and saw a crew of 4 people hiding in the back not taking order but the open sign on. They didn’t not consider we had been out there and continued to ignore their customers! Horrible service! ~Janet

The ice cream is good here. The reason for my low star rating is that I waited in line for nearly seven minutes before taking my order. I understand they are busy but at least let us know that you'll be with us. From ordering to receiving the ice cream, the service was slow. ~F
