worst customer service! I was looking for a book and found it, took it to customer service because I also had to pick up an item. I was told I had to purchase the item through the register! So I have to wait in long line twice! Nope! Not coming back! Thanks for saving me money.

This is probably the worst experience I've had. I'm a teenage boy with longer hair. My mother and I walk into the Target and the person at the front says "Hi ladies!". My mother pipes up and says "He's a guy". I did not hear a response and I really didn't care. We do our shopping and go to the check out. As we're leaving the lady at the check out (different lady then before) says "Have a good day ladies!". Then in the deepest voice I could muster I loudly say"Im a dude!". I did not hear a response. How rude
