First time in...great service. Just purchased my first Harley-Davidson and needed a couple of things. Eric got my bike in right away and programmed a fob for me. Ended up buying new grips, too and Eric offered some good advice for me to install them. In-store price was no more than what I would have paid online and the money stays at a local business. Nice people there.
