I went on an Epic adventure of self vehicle discovery. I had about 25 versions of my vehicle personality, and 11 Dealers that had versions of such vehicles. Wanted a late model GM full size Sport Ute, not quite as many miles as the space shuttle, but still affordable, well taken care of, loaded up with warm fuzzy creature comforts, and hadn't been used as a stunt vehicle, or a submarine, found what I was looking for at Carz n Trux, Bill Holderman, had the goods, the price, and the finance..07 LT BURB, right on the money without that gladiator style price negotiation.. Bill took care of me, yes he's an old friend from our younger days as starving car salesman, but Bill is the kinda guy you feel like you've been friends with for years anyway.. being at Carz n Trux is Home town auto Dealer with up town rides .. I feel good that I spent my money there, and it's been two weeks since delivery, I couldn't be happier..I've got lots of connections in this field, so you know when I buy its not just because they had the right color, it's because it was the right deal, the right quality, and it felt right.

Poor customer service and they are scamming there customers. My wife and I were looking to buy a used vehicle after ours had died on us. We looked at a truck they had (97 Ford F150). I started pointing out the flaws, such as.... -The tail gate was falling off -Chips in the windshield -Doors were rotting out -Squeak in the engine that only got louder as we test drove it. -Really bad filler and body work on the cab and bed. -The truck had rust everywhere that was covered by body filler and black paint. After I had pointed these out, he said "That's how it was when we got it." On top of the overpriced truck, the customer service wasn't the greatest either. We had given all of our information for the loan, and he said he would give us a call back when he got something back. We had to call him back every time we had to resubmit because we didn't have to right cosigner. Over all, I do not recommend this place to anyone and we will never be stopping by there again.
