My wife and I were looking to replace her Jeep and while looking online saw a couple of options at Betten Baker in Twin Lake. Dave Greene was phenomenal to work with, didn't push us, just offered the info we needed. We raised a couple of issues with the Outback we were leaning towards and he took care of every issue beyond what we expected. I had a great experience with Dave Greene. He took care of me and my new vehicle. I had some concerns with the vehicle and he got it right into to shop and fixed everything I found. I didnt have a great credit score at all and he called around to find someone who would take care of me at a reasonable price and was able to seal the deal. Great atmosphere and good vibes we joked and when it was time to be serious we handled business.

by far the best experience i have dealt with,especially in the past with buying vehicles from other dealerships. I want to give a big thank you to our salesman, David Greene. What a guy he understood our needs an never gave up on finding us a car that would worked for us. I would recommend him any day an his other salesman Ross. If your in the market for a used vehicle, this is the place to go. They never give up on you like other places, where they say they will help in finding u something an they never do, but here that's not the case. i definitely will be back when i'm in the market again for a vehicle an think you should too, you will be very pleased with the service u get. I am giving 3 stars because Ross was very nice and worked with us on getting a car. However, I am very disappointed on how this car has turned out. Havent even had it for 30 days and it broke. Brought it back to have them fix it and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and had us come get it. So, now I am stuck paying on a car that I cant drive. I thought that getting a newer vehicle and spending the extra money I wouldn't have to deal with this.. not even a month later. So now I look for a mechanic to work on my new car that I havent even made the first payment on. 👎

Ross made buying a car very easy for us. He found the perfect loan with a low APR that fit our budget. He has great communication skills and kept us in the loop with everything along the way. When we were getting ready to leave with our new car he went and put gas in it since the gas light came on when we were test driving it. He also put some new windshield wipers on it as it was the night there were storms going on. We really appreciate working with someone who is knowledgeable, made us feel very welcome, and left a very good impression when we met him and when we left. Dave and Ross at Betten Baker Twin Lake are great salesman that don’t jump on you as soon as you drive in the lot, which I like. Their knowledge and know-how of sales and financing are incredible. I told them the vehicle I wanted which was pretty much a unicorn for the price I wanted to spend and in a month I had the perfect vehicle for my family. With even more vehicle than I expected. I highly recommend these two if you’re looking for a vehicle, doesn’t matter the make or model if they don’t have it they’ll get it. They’re great guys that do everything they can to keep up with the car and truck times, The lot is awesome with jacked up trucks, jeeps and sweet cars, but still have budget vehicles. All around great lot to buy vehicles no matter what you’re looking for. I won’t deal with anyone else when it comes to buying my next vehicle.
