Went in to just get eyes on a bike I was contemplating on purchasing. The staff was very understanding and helpful. As a result I ended up coming back a week or so later to purchase the bike and a helmet. The sales person Jessica made the process very quick and painless. Once the bike was loaded I went back in the get a professional opinion on fitting a helmet since this is my first bike. The Parts attendant (I don't remember his name) took his time showing me options and discussing my needs even though it was basically closing time. All in all this is one of the most friendly and inviting power sports shops Ive been to.

Ive always received pretty decent Service work from Grace, but man did they just save my butt on Monday! Big planned trip to Silver Lake sand dunes and my machine pukes 2 days before departing. They worked to “squeeze” me in and get me running. Couldn't have been nicer about it either. They have a new Service Manager I think…. It felt like “old school” customer service, like the good ol days!!!

Two tires, work seems adequate, it did take 1.5 weeks after being lead to believe that if I went with what they had in stock that it would only be 1 or 2 days.

Was treated like I don't have money. Nobody asked me if I wanted a water. Not a great time. And I'm pretty sure they took a picture of my lisence plate when I left. I don't like being a treated a certain way because I'm covered in tattoos because I think my money spends the same way as anyone else. Told me my bikes weren't new enough and that I couldn't get a loan because I have bad credit. What do I need credit for when I have cash $$$$$$.

I bought two 4 wheelers from Grace Performance, one for myself and a smaller one for my daughter. My sales person, Jessica was able to make it so that I could take the smaller one home that day, even though it was like 5:30 pm and they were getting ready to close.
