The one in jenison i shop the staff is amazing. They are always willing to help but most of all not pushy. They do hv a good rebate program either instant or by mail.

Thank you so much to the guys tonight (11/28) around 5:30pm for helping me with getting a new battery. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful. They tried multiple things to ensure everything was right and then replaced the battery for me when that is what they believed the issue was. I’m new to the area and I work on cars quite often. I tried this store today instead of autozone or advance auto and it’s my new favorite store. The two guys that were working today were awesome both times I went in. I usually don’t expect good customer service at auto parts stores because that’s not usually what you get at the other stores, but I foresee myself making a lot more in store purchases knowing that there is such a nice place to go with such a great staff!

If I could give more starts I would. I went to auto zone and they didn’t have the part I needed so I went to oriellys. Best decision, I walked in and Dustin and Ed greeted me with a smile, Dustin helped me with my car, I had no idea what the tube was called, and he went way out of his way to come look at it, figure out the part and even thought they didn’t have the exact part, he went out of his way to find a part that would do the job. He even put the part in for me. The customer service was amazing. I’ll definitely be going here from now on.
