The store is great. It's clean and well stocked. The problem I had was there were only two cashiers and they had a line. I opted for the self checkout and then find that it didn't accept cash so it caused some what of a problem 😫but luckily my hubby saved me from a potentially embarrassing situation!

The Saginaw Street Kroger has the absolute best employee in Cheryl!!! No matter how busy or how rough it may get, she keeps everything orderly and everyone happy, and is always willing to help, she always has a smile on her face! Kroger is incredibly lucky to have a staff member in her!!!!

Incredibly rude staff. Not a single person working there seems to care about their job. Cashiers rarely make eye contact at checkout. Produce always look like it should have been thrown out 3 day earlier.

I would like to first, apologize for the brutally honest review from a native Cincinnatian… For starters, who actually runs this store? I am shocked to see how the store looks! Does ANYONE clean up this place? Almost every single visit, this place looks like a serious disaster. Not to mention, how the staff interact with customers. There is hardly any interaction. The shelves are disheveled, and the overall experience is saddening. Someone from corporate office NEEDS to come up here, and try to fix this sad representation of a GREAT company! I am tired of shopping at Meijer, but Kroger here in West Lansing is the only other choice. Looks like I will be going back to Meijer unfortunately…

Went to get a skirt steak that was suppose to be available for pickup according to the website and they did not have it. The store looked dirty and In my opinion the vegetables where over priced and the one fruit I was gonna purchase was a lime which was 3 for 2 which I thought was a bit high. Their mask policy was a bit confusing on the sign it said required but on the broadcast in the store said it was recommended. I don't think I'll come back.

Store manger is absolutely rude! And so are the other managers. How can you work in customer service but not have the decorum as such. Pathetic! Customers are why you have a job. The associates on the floor are very helpful however. Respect goes both ways!

purchased Wild Side frozen dinner. Called: tomatillo shrimp. first learned of it by seeing it at this kroger. AMAZING. It's unbelievably good. I love this Kroger. Every time I try something they have on display I have been super pleased or completely blown away. I know - it doesn't seem like a grocery store should be better than any other; but this is seriously the best grocery store. Whoever is picking products for them to display is KILLING it.
