There's a lot to love about Whole Foods Market! For me, the principal thing is trust: I trust that the store brings in the highest quality foods possible! I appreciate their assortment of organic foods, and the relationships the company cultivates with its suppliers. I appreciate their use of paper cartons in the food court area instead of plastic containers that end up in our landfills. (I've pleaded with Central Market about this for years to no avail!) The store is clean, bright, and beautiful. Lastly, because organic foods disintegrate quickly not being sprayed with herbicides, pesticides, and preservatives, now I often shop daily, and think of them as a farmers market as well as my favorite grocery store!

Whole Foods is overrated and their prices are too high. Luckily, I was previously employed at Central Market. They having Amazing desserts and prepared food. Their prices are less than Whole Foods and their meals are tasty. The layout of their store on Lovers Lane is strategic and you smell food as soon as you walk through the door.

Great quality and variety of products. Also an Amazon locker pick-up spot indoors. They have a garage, which during the Texas summer is awesome to keep the car from heating up like an oven and defrosting frozen goods.

This is a very good branch of Whole foods, a lot of space, a lot of spots to seat, free WiFi that you can easily use. Also, there is a Tesla supercharger on the 2nd level of parking - on the right side just after the entrance. There is a self checkout area and cashiers for your convenience. Just one thing I want to mention-navigation inside the store wasn't 100% clear for me and I couldn't find an elevator to the underground parking, maybe it was my fault.

First time visiting this location and visually, the market looks and was exciting to move around and see the layout of everything. I purchased veggies (cucumbers, celery, spinach, granny smith). I noticed the spinach looked a bit stale (leaves beginning to curl). I went over to beverage bar and ordered a smoothie and then I wanted a regular coffee to go with the cookies I picked up in the bakery. The ladies at the beverage counter were super nice and worked extremely well together. In fact, the moment I ordered my drinks, the young lady across the counter had the coffee already prepared with cream on the side😄❤ Now, that's some customer service right there because she didn't put the load on the other lady to do everything. I love working with people that "get it" and are team players. The only negative I found were the almond cookies. Turns out they were hard as a "rock" I thought to myself, are they stale? Are they suppose to be like this? I may not eat them.and turns out, I'm wasting half of $7.00 since the other two.cookies with raspberry filling were just...ok :( Anyway, at the checkout counter I met another lady (cashier) who was just as friendly as she was funny, and she passed along a compliment on what I had purchased to promote healthy eating. I really enjoyed shopping at this location because the cashiers were not afraid to "be human" and literally speak to the customers and show genuine interest in their day😊❤. I recommend this location to anyone shopping in this area and I will visit again ❤

Impressively terrible store. I didn’t know a Whole Foods could be so bad. The hot food bar isn’t even prepared until nearly noon and only has basics: potatoes, beans, bland white fish, etc. And the salad bar is so minimal as to hardly be worth it. Today I discovered they only have creamy dressings so I went without. I ditched the hot bar for prepackaged food, only to get UNDERCOOKED shrimp. Literally undercooked. It was labeled as “Cajun Shrimp” but merely had wads of paprika caked onto the pieces (see attached picture). But mostly, the food bars are just empty (see pictures). The store is laid out awkwardly and counterintuitively. The Amazon Shipping Hub is in the very back of the store, sandwiched between deli meats and produce. I thought the cafe was permanently closed due to covid or something. Apparently it is open but just looks closed. They don’t believe in lighting, decor, staffing, or even cleaning. I only discovered it was open because of a running beer tap with no bartender. All the tables were dirty and guests were standing with their drinks. Speaking of the Amazon Shipping Hub, beware! They keep very different hours than the grocery store. I went there last night to pick up a package only to find the Hub closed. Next to me was a man who said he had been on the phone with Amazon for 20min because he needed his package urgently and nobody was there to give it to him. This trip took 30min out of my day and meant I had to come back the next day. When I asked the counter girl about the hours she was flatly rude and just said, “we keep different hours” as she walked away from me. I had to google their hours on my own. Lastly, restroom have been out of order all week. There is no signage except for a small piece of printer paper taped to a white tile wall that nobody can see. The exterior of the store is beautiful but the interior design is flat. Looks more like a Kroger. What an embarrassment to the brand. —-EDIT—- I had to back to this store for an Amazon package and was even more disappointed than before. The entrance was scattered with trash and leaves from not being maintained, the hot bar had only 5 stale items and the macaroni was mislabeled as “yellow potatoes”, and the lighting seemed more dim. Why is this store so sh***y? Management should be replaced and the store renovated.

This is my far my least favorite whole foods in the area. I am just not a fan of the layout and how they handle the amazon lockers in the back. They never seem to work so you have to always speak with someone. Hopefully, this review was helpful to you. If so please give me a thumbs up, trying to win a bet!

Shopping made easy. I didn't want to leave. Even the guy replenishing the fruits assisted me. Money well spent. 😌 You should try the bread 🍞 😋 in here. Make sure you get at least two of everything, or you will be back sooner than you planned.

08/13/21: This afternoon I went to Whole Foods on a whim. I was craving their Berry Chantilly cake and granola and bought my fix. I also tried some Indian food to go in their hot prepared food section. WF is a great store with lots of fresh, organic, and healthy foods. The prices are higher than the regular grocery store, but you’re getting nicer quality. I don’t shop here regularly, but on occasion it’s a nice place to get some specific/specialty items. Also, Ernest in the bakery today was really friendly. I was looking at cakes and another man was checking them out as well. I basically sold him a Berry chantilly cake on my own before I ended up buying one for myself. Lol It’s so good.
