The Tom Thumb off Forrest is always very clean and well stocked. I am not sure if a lot of the workers are racist or if they just don't like me. I have been here many times over a dozen. No one has ever spoke to me nor tried to help, even when asked for help. Nevertheless I will continue shopping here bc this is the cleanest and most well stocked Tom Thumb I can find.

My last visit was about 2 weeks ago, and I still cannot get over how staff and customers made me feel in this store. I kept coming back to this store all because previous staff were so nice and welcoming. This last trip was not the case. It all started at the kosher deli, Daniel, did not even greet me after I greeted him kindly, then out of no where there were customers just pushing through and almost pushed my child's stroller with their cart. In the kosher bakery section all I heard were smart remarks like "why is she shopping here?" I never wanted to leave a store so fast as I did that day. For the record, muslims may consume kosher products, and some of the things I wanted are found at this store. I will never come back to this location, I will just drive a little further where I can shop in a welcoming and friendly environment.

This is a beautiful, clean, well stocked store. The employees could use some training. Today I purchased a half priced item from this store. It had a large ,red half off sticker on it. I pointed that sticker out to Camilia the checker. She failed to give me half of on the item. Last week I was charged almost 20.00 for 3- 12 packs of Dr Pepper that had a large sign on it that said it was under 9 dollars. I was told I would have needed a digital coupon for that price. I hate to say it but you need to watch your checker. They will rip you off. Smh....

Went to the store today (6/29/2022) at 11:00am to buy shrimp.The old hispanic lady who works at the seafood counter is extremely rude with zero customer service skills.We eat seafood regularly in our household so i go there few times a week but this old hispanic lady everytime ruins my shopping experience when I am ordering seafood at tom thumb(preston/forest) by always being extremely rude and unprofessional.I dread going to that store because of her.It seems like she doesnt like her job and is removing her frustration on customers when they are ordering seafood .I hope the management reads my review and takes action by assigning her a position wherein she is not interacting with customers at all otherwise i will have to shop at whole foods where the employees are professional towards their customers.

Buying from the same store for over 20 years and paying DOUBLE PRICES for KOSHER products. I never realized that some of the store departments and management at this location are racist. I am a mother of 6 kids placed a special order for a birthday cake 2 weeks in advance and was extremely shocked and severely disappointed. Apparently because I ordered a kosher cake, the cake was done wrong on purpose. I chose a specific cake out of their store catalogue and made sure to go step by step with all finite details with the bakery representative. Please see the pictures below of the catalogue they offer and the picture of what we received. This store makes millions in profit every year. They sell kosher products to the entire Jewish community here in Dallas- Fort Worth metro. We'll be definitely spreading this all over social media and the entire Jewish community in Texas, as well as other communities in different states. Make everyone aware of Anti-Semitic and anti constitutional behavior of this food chain.
