Typical nail mill. They overbook like crazy. One time I came in for a 12:30 appointment and literally 13 more people came in saying they had 12:30 appointments. Yeah, I sat there for over an hour before they took me back. They will not respect your time. They will not take responsibility for their poor work. They will not compensate you if your gel polish peels off the next day, or re-do it for free. Terrible business acumen. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, Dip powder

Went here a few times to have my nails done. Even with an appointment, there was a 15 minute wait… minimum. Two weeks ago, I got a new full set of acrylics. One week later, they had all lifted and come off. Went back for a new full set. Made a 5pm appt. because I had a hard stop at 6:15 (which I told them). Got to the salon at 5pm and wasn’t seen until 5:45pm. They said they didn’t have time to paint my nails. They still charged me full price despite botching my first set, a 45 min wait time, a rush job which made me late to my event, and nails I didn’t even want but had to settle for. Unfortunately, they do not respect their customers. If you value your time and money, I suggest you look elsewhere. *EDIT* For those reading this part of my review, please first read the owner’s reply inline, below. Response to owner: As a business owner, it’s best practice to not fault the customer. Instead, the business/owner should take accountability for the customer’s experience. After I had the new full set put on, I was away on business for five days… First, your reply implies that had I let you know sooner that the nails were lifting off, the outcome would have been different. As stated, I was away on business travel, so it’s not like I could come in the next day to get them re-done, and I’m not sure what calling the salon to report that the nails were lifting would have accomplished. Your verbiage implies that you only stand behind your service if problems are reported within <7 days. Anyone that knows acrylic and acrylic nail chemistry knows that a new set shouldn’t fall off in one week. This usually results when the nails are improperly prepped, low quality monomer or acrylic are used, the wrong acrylic:monomer ratio was used, or the nails improperly cured. I do not use Dawn dish soap or harsh solvents because I know they can damage the nails. I’ve worn acrylics for years and know how to manage them. Never lost a set as quickly as this. Second, if you truly stood behind your service, the right thing to do would’ve been to offer some sort of compensation. For those reading this review (and for the record), I paid in full and tipped. You also could have called me before my scheduled appt. time and told me you were running behind. Third, stating that you apologized for the long wait time is just… strange. Like, okay… and? Even in the previous times that I made appointments, I was never seen on time. This time, I had called ahead, and explicitly stated that I needed to be done by a certain time. A 45 minute wait time beyond your scheduled appointment time is unacceptable in *most* cases, but particularly in this case, where I had called ahead to make sure I was seen on time. Lastly, it’s not a good look to deflect blame to the customer when replying to their honest online review. As I mentioned above, in my previous appointments I was never seen on time, but I waited patiently, paid in full, and tipped. This time, I could not afford to not be seen on time, and I made that clear when I called to schedule the appointment. Because you failed to show any respect for my proactivity, time, and satisfaction, I am now forced to roast you. Good day. Service: Acrylic nails

I went in for a fill after 2 and a half weeks of dip growth. A fill is usually 30-35 dollars. I ended up spending 70. I told the guy I made the appointment with and the women doing my nails I want a fill. I sat down and she immediately cut three of my tips that were already there, I asked her why she did that knowing she would know how to remove them and do a full set her response was she has to do a full set I asked her why and she giggled. I pressed her again asking why she couldn’t do a fill and she straight up ignored me. I sat there irritated for the next TWO AND A HALF hours while she took her sweet time giving me bulbous nails and putting on the wrong color. I have heard of nail salons doing this lately (ripping off an already there full set so they can charge for a new full set) but I did not think it would happen to me here. I am never going anywhere besides Saigon again, I now see why Saigon is constantly fully booked for weeks at a time I’ll just be sure to make my appointments there way in advanced so I don’t get stuck being scammed. Service: Dip powder

Staff are skilled. This spot is generally busy, appointments highly recommended. Gel manicure stays for 4+ weeks, but will start growing out after 1+ week. If you want your actual cuticles cut and cleaned up AND if you want a nail design with your gel manicure let them know when you make your appointment. Otherwise most nail technicians cannot do basic or more elaborate designs and they won't clean up your cuticles unless you ask. Highly recommend making an appointment with the owner or Jojo.

This nail salon is the best in the area! Whether you are looking for a basic manicure, or a design, they can do it all. Recently, it's become a little harder to get in without an appointment at peak times, specifically after work. This is a testament to how quality their work is, and I'm happy they're finding so much success! As long as you call ahead and get on their books, you'll have no trouble getting in. They can't be beat when it comes to quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. You won't be disappointed!

I've only gone twice with jo-jo each time and I'm in love. She takes her time and does a great job. Its about a 35 minute drive from my house but I now refuse to go anywhere but to jo-jo 😍

My all time favorite nail salon! They never disappoint. All of the nail techs are well trained and take their time to do a great job. Tracy and Ryan are the owners, husband and wife, and they are almost always there. They take care to remember customers names and have conversations with you, something you don’t get at most nail salons! The shop is always clean and they have tons of colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend Paris to anyone looking for a great place to get their nails done!

Yesterday was my first time in here and they definitely made themselves a new customer. I wish I caught her name but she did an absolute amazing job!! She took her time, was very nice and did exactly what I wanted and literally nailed it!

First time I went the nails looked so beautiful and I got a lot of compliments. Second time I went and nails look like.... well not nice (looks already as if growing out just an hour later) at all and very disappointed. Not sure if I could recommend that place again This review was not done to get a remake. But maybe good idea to train the staff better. No, not coming back
