This place is horrible it’s a lot closer to home but I refuse to come here. 4 years ago I took my son to get a simple hair cut it took the lady a hour to cut his hair and she basically just shaved it all off it looked horrible for my sisters wedding. My fiancé came here today and I told him not to go there the lady who helped him ended up being was so RUDE not a surprise though and was very rough when using the clippers he said she seemed very angry. He definitely won’t be back and we will continue to drive to the south Lyon location even if it’s farther. They are professional and I’ve never had a issue with any of the staff there.

Posting on behalf of my brother. He went into Great Clips on Monday for a haircut and left with horrible burns and cuts all over his neck which are swollen and infected. I don’t know if this is due to lack of cleaning the razor or what… but this is absolutely horrifying that someone goes in for a hair cut and comes out with their neck looking like this. Not to mention, he now has to go to the doctor to get on medication because it appears these burns/cuts are beginning to become infected. Aren’t there cleaning protocols that are supposed to be followed? This is disgusting.

By far the worst haircut my mom and I have had in years! Her hair looks like my 2 year old took scissors to it. None of it is even. It was suppose to be a long Bob and she chopped the front so short that nothing about it is a Bob. My hair is so un even I'm going to have to go somewhere to fix it, the woman that did my hair didn't even act interested at all I have thick curly hair and mine took less time then my mom whom has 1/4 the amount of hair than I do. She didn't even brush/comb my hair when she was done to see if it was even. Neither one of them asked if we wanted a blow dry either. Service: Haircut

Have been going to this location as it the most convenient to my house since I’ve moved out here almost three years ago and the past three times I’ve went I’ve had to come back because after I get home and shower I’ve noticed spots missed and uneven hairs. This Friday same thing happened only this time there are uneven hairs all over the place on the short hair side of my part and once again I have spend my time, gas, and money to go back. Will be finding somewhere new hopefully soon.

Absolutely amazing the stylist that cut my hair was so sweet!!! She clearly knew what she was doingbecause she talked to me out of chopping all my hair off and into the most perfect haircut for my frame I think her name was Deana... She was sooooo great I legit will come back and see her once a month

Just got the worst haircut of my life yesterday. I asked for a 1-2 fade on the side and the lady went way to high up so now I look like an egg. She didn’t even bother to do a line up so I have some hairs touching my ear and some long hairs on my side burns. Do not go here they just want to finish the cut as fast as they can.

Have to say best experience I have had at a great clip's location. My girlfriend and I both got haircuts. Nikki was wonderful as was Tracy. Neither was in a rush and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I will continue to drive the extra 10 minutes to return to this location.
