Excellent meat and small specialty grocery store. I buy all my meat there. Boar's head lunch meat too. If they don't have something, they will order it for you. Who needs Whole Foods! Great parking and quality selections. Try it...you'll like it.

My grandpa chic use to always take me to Danny's when I was a child.and I will always go til this day.known by alot of people to have the best meat in town.theres even a Danny's 2 on the other side of town.

Really good meat counter. You can usually get chicken at a good price, and the thick-cut bacon is good too. They don’t take EBT cards :)

I grew up in the town of Monroe, and have always gone to Danny's for our fresh meat. My great aunt has worked here for over 35 years. And my step grandfather is a Vuich. I've always thought this was the best place around to buy fresh meat. We never buy meat to freeze, because we only like to eat it fresh. My wife is typically in the Elm Ave. store 2 to 3 times a week. We love the steaks, the prime rib, and usually the pork. Unfortunately we've bought two fresh pork loins this week, and had to throw both away. We bought one yesterday (Saturday 10/5), for dinner on Sunday night. The moment my wife opened the package, to prep it for pork scalapini, everyone in the house noticed the terrible smell. This was the second pork loin we threw away this week 25+ dollars worth, due to the smell. My wife is going to take the second one back tomorrow, and ask about a refund, although we all know how that usually goes. We'll see tomorrow, and update this review if nevessary.

We love Danny’s. We shop the Elm Ave store all the time, but have shopped @ Danny’s ll a few times for our meats & many other unusual food items or foods you don’t see in other grocery stores. We’d be lost without them. Good prices, tender meats, & fave luncheon meats, Boars-head. Great service, friendly.

This place is without a doubt the best meat, deli and source to get all your grocery needs. Family friendly and a family business. You will never again get your meat from any other source once you try their selections.

Best deli in town! And they have good prices at the meat counter as well. They have really good specials on meat too. The pot pies they make are very good. Other things in the store are sort of pricey. There is less of a selection than other grocery stores but you can tell each product is carefully selected because they think it is the best on the market. This makes it a great place to find new brands of some of your favorite foods.
