Do not use T-mobile. Their customer service is incompetent and there is a language barrier. We canceled our home internet 3 months ago and they continue to bill us.

My dude David hooked me up today with a nice new blue iphone 13 😎 and hooked us up with all kinds of extra cool stuff like netflix and apple tv (due to the plan) He may look grumpy when you first meet him but this dude is a people person. He was joking around with my grandparents while we were in. Also Matthew is super chill too he said my phone was a beast which it is :))) Me and David also have matching phone cases so we’re basically besties :D thanks for helpin me out!!!

Went to the store, looking to purchase a phone and maybe looking to get a watch. I had an amazing experience with David, Matt & Alex. They were super outgoing, and fun to work with. There wasn’t a moment me and my boyfriend weren’t laughing. Possibly one of best visits I’ve made to a phone store before.

If anyone goes here please see David . Very out going and even if there's 20 people in the store he is always helping multiple people at once. Very smart guy always looks at your bill and try to save you money before selling you anything! Would recommend him to everyone . You will get a laugh and a good deal. Thanks again . Ask for Alex, he made my whole world so much better!I absolutely love this place. From the first time I stepped in and every time I stepped in, I was treated with friendly, professional service. I even won a car while I was standing at the counter, although the store had nothing to do with it. I bought the new iPhone 12 and was ready to return it because the service was poor. These guys got me set up with a new Sim card, and made sure I was all taken care of. The whole staff here really knows what they’re doing, but particularly Alex. I drive past at least three other Tmobile’s just to go here. No service like great service.

They always have what I am looking for. The Staff is top notch, and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. They have a great selection of everything phone related. I've always been a customer, and always will continue to be one. I'd recommend them to anyone

Terrible. Got a text to replace my sim card and went in to get it swapped. Now my phone will not make any calls. They told me that I'd then have to drive several towns over to a corporate repair center. Also, now when someone dials my number it says that the number is invalid. John asked me to email him even though he was the first one to change my sim. No reply for days.
