We are new to the area and needed some work done on our Yukon. We were able to get in pretty quickly, they diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the vehicle quickly - as in just a few hours. We had two issues with the car. They called to report the first issue, told us the cost and asked if we wanted to proceed with repairs. A very short time later, I received a second call informing me of their diagnosis for the second issue and giving me a breakdown and total cost for all repairs. They were accurate, fast and reasonably priced. Then we decided to get new tires on our two vehicles. My husband called several places and ended up selecting Lutz. Again, they were fast and very reasonably priced. Every time we’ve communicated with the staff, whether in person or via phone, they’ve been pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. So relieved to find a “local” mechanic we can trust and use!!
