Had a great experience shopping here for the first time today. They have an excellent selection of toys and games for different ages and interests. The staff was friendly and offered to gift wrap the items I had picked out which was a huge help! Will definitely be back for the holidays and future birthday presents. :)

I love Toyology! My boyfriend and I have been going here for at least 3 years now and we try to support them as much as possible when purchasing for our nieces and nephews. Their customer service is superb. Don’t know what you need or what the kids you’re buying for like? They’ll help you find something that they will love. They’ve never failed me when shopping for the kids in my life ranging from 0-10 years. My grandma always said that the personalized customer service “of her generation” was dead, but I can confirm that it’s alive and well at Toyology Toys! Consider supporting them this holiday season and year round. They have a wide selection of infant/toddler toys, younger-older kid STEM toys and other hands on/play encouraging toys. They also offer gift wrapping. It’s super convenient, especially when you’re the auntie that always procrastinates and has to buy a gift on the way to the party. I would love to see this staple in our downtown Royal Oak community stick around for many years to come so I can spoil my future kids here :)

Great boutique kids (and a few things for adults) store. Educational and great project based learning toys, as well more standard fair like books (from children's classics to new, socially conscious releases) and legos. I even saw some giant squishmellows I haven't seen elsewhere. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable about their products. prices, while not cheap, aren't any higher than i'd expect for good quality, educational, children's toys these days.

The. Best. Toystore. And the best customer service. Great selection of high quality merchandise and very knowledgable staff. Give them a gender (if that matters to you), age, and price range, and they always come up with a perfect gift. I love that they provide free gift wrapping and offer shipping services. Special shout out to Adam who spent 30 minutes on the phone with me yesterday, one of their busiest days, to help me with a complicated order.

Great place to get children’s gifts! The staff is really friendly and helpful with recommendations. They also will do the gift wrapping for free which is really convenient. Last time I was in I bought this awesome sparkle backpack (which is a good sensory gift), a wooden kazoo, and a book called Cloudette. There is a great selection of books, crafts, and educational gifts too.
