Refused to fill a valid prescription for antibiotics. First stated they didn't have anything for me. Then stated the prescription was expired, and then stated that they could not because the prescriber was out of state. Now I will be without antibiotics for another day for an infection that this was prescribed for. If I could give them negative star reviews I would.

Ive always enjoyed my local rite aid an their pharmacys, wherever i was living at. This specific pharmacy tonight just did something that renewed my hope in man kind! Thank you pharmacy ladies! You ROCK...my doggy loves you so much! 😋

Experience here was usually great, staff was always nice. Until tonight when I met the most incompetent worker there. Aimee was her name and shouldn't even have a job with customer service, couldn't even help with basic western union stuff and had poor customer service skills. I asked one question and she looked at me but ignored the question entirely, telling me she couldn't do it because she couldn't figure it out. Rite aid can keep their 62IQ Aimee and I'll take my business elsewhere

I've never thought of a drug store as a location I'd rate, but I really love my neighborhood Rite Aid. The pharmacists always go above and beyond to explain medications, advocate for the best situation when a new doctor has prescribed something, and help me find the least inexpensive way to take care of my family. I like the staff up front too, they're always ready for a laugh and I'm so glad that a store like this is so nearby.

Just got my Covid-19 vaccine here and was very happy with the process. Everyone was friendly, the process was simple and quick just like getting a Flu shot. I am not sure why the government didn't just start working with pharmacies like this from the start because this was so much easier and familiar than going to some obscure county health department vaccination site.

My wife went to Ouch urgent care 6-19-20 because of an infection about 8 pm they sent a script to Right Aid I went in to get it at 9 30 am they said I'd have to come back after 11am 10 am my wife called them and I went to get at10:15. Not what I expected . It was not fast or friendly service. St.Johna Rite Aid will be the Last place I will go for Any Thing

Recently renovated but...the pharmacy has lost good staff! I've been going here for 5 years. I've always enjoyed going, it's like Cheers (where everybody knows your name 😊), not anymore. The pharmacy has "rushed" staff. Quite rude on the phone. I'm not impressed. Should've spent more money on staff raises instead of renovations...3days l8r, my meds are filled automatically, this is the second time In A Row that they've forgotten one?! What is goin on over there?
