The manager that sounds like she smokes 3 packs a day is a real piece of work. Not sure how such a rude person works in a customer-facing role.

This one is totally overpriced and has such low stock. You have to check yourself out the staff isn’t working at the check out. Should just go to one in south lyon

I would never recommend this place, its a classic failure of the management. Staff has the least amount of motivation to help the customers.

Once again this Kroger provided excellent customer service. Shopped at 11 am with a full cart but only self checkout open. A manager stepped up, telling me to go to a register and she will ring me up. Another reason I continue to shop here. Even though this store is 20 minutes away from where I live, I love shopping here as the shelves, even at 7 am are well stocked, the employees are friendly, plenty of parking spaces, and the self check out is not busy. Also the aisles are wide and the produce department is large. Best Kroger around!

Service has plummeted. At 10 mile Kroger you can now get the high prices of Busch’s combined with the long lines and self-checkout of Meijer. Meat and fish counters rarely staffed. Two other locations within a few miles - maybe this one is just waiting to be shut down.

Great selection of groceries and also a great selection of micro brews. The cashiers are always very nice and personable.

I had a question for a manager! The store is so under staffed that maybe it was her reason of frustration that she even had to bother with my question! I already had to call the store and couldn’t get an answer so I drive to the location. I don’t appreciate the mannerisms and tone she used to clarify my concerns! I understand why your hiring if that’s the tone the staff receives then I’m surprised you have anyone! I am grateful I had someone that was stocking that was kind Enough to help me out! Thank you for your service but you will no longer receive my business!

I love this Kroger. It’s where I do the majority of my shopping. It’s never too crowded, great parking lot, nice employees, clean store. The self-checkout bays have that shelf above the bag carousel which may seem like a minor thing but I find it extremely useful. You don’t see those at every Kroger. Sometimes you can’t find what you need there but I make it work because it’s such a quality experience for me. And the Starbucks there is great. The baristas are awesome. My drink is always perfect.

Slighty smaller Kroger but much friendly staff than some others I have been to. For the first time, in a very long time, I had an employee stop their activity and ask whether I was finding everything I needed. And the attentive self checkout attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience. Best of all....shopping carts at either entrance....not just one like the others. Definately will come back when near the area.
