I have been here about a dozen times. I don't get to go as often as I would like. It is always clean, and although a little more expensive than other places in the area they always do a great job. I can walk in there and just show a sample picture and come out with my nails done to perfection. My most recent being these almond ombre nails! 😍 A real almond for comparison lol

I had to move back to South Lyon for a little while and I was looking for a good nail salon to go to. Saigon Spa is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I got my nails done by a young gentleman and he does a excellent job. I give them five stars Service: Acrylic nails

I would not recommend Saigon Spa for acrylic nails. My daughter went in for a full set yesterday and ended up at a different nail salon to have them repaired and redone they were so poorly applied. My daughter told them several times while they were working on her nails that she did not like them that the acrylic was to think and bumpy. They did not address any of her concerns and she left crying and having to pay for a full set of nails that looked terrible. They did not even give her an option for a resolution. They did respond when I called to address the situation. But it was too late at that point for any repair to the service that had been given to my daughter. I do feel that they took advantage of her because she was young. Service: Acrylic nails

Salon Is clean and people were nice but the young girl who did my acrylics did them so thin and 2 of them broke only a week later. Maybe will go again just with a different tech. Service: Acrylic nails

Overall they were really nice and efficient. However, I don't like the "oval" manicure. They look pointy and weird without polish, especially. On the upside, the polish lasts far long than when I do them at home. Service: Manicures

I came in for a pedi this afternoon and it was the most thorough relaxing pedicure/leg and feet massage ever! Tony was so diligent and careful when painting my toes. The care and friendliness from the staff was wonderful and I should also mention really accommodating since I called for a reservation last minute. Priced well & my nails always come out very well done. Making an appointment is best as you can be seated (usually) right away. My shellac manicures usually last me 3+ weeks! :) Services: Pedicures, Manicures

Seems like ever since they closed their other location and brought staff over the quality has greatly diminished. I originally thought very highly of the spa but the last three visits changed my opinion. Today’s being the worst. The chair was broken but they had me in it anyway. Super uncomfortable. The technician was young and inexperienced. He was not gentle at all and his nails needed cutting as they jabbed into me. He made one cuticle sore and when I said so, he didn’t acknowledge me. My heels are not smooth either. I won’t return.

I had a pedicure first and it was really nice and relaxing. Place looks clean. A different woman did my manicure and hardly talked to me at all. No arm massage or anything. Made me feel like a burden. She did my moms manicure next and was taking her time and did full massage and all. Pretty disappointing. Three stars given because of this. Wish I could have given a better review.
