Wish I could give more than 5 stars. My rep sales rep & his manager went out of their way to make sure I got a great deal and felt good about the transaction from start to finish. My husband took my vehicle in for its first oil change and maintenance check. He was totally satisfied with the customer experience overall. He had not one complaint. I also have to state that even when I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was so friendly and kind. Thank you Meade Lexus of Southfield!!!

While my husband and I were traveling from NC to MI on Wednesday in stormy weather, another vehicle hit and destroyed the driver’s side mirror. To drive around without that mirror was unlawful and very dangerous. We had only planned to stay in MI for three days, so we had to get it repaired asap. My husband immediately called Meade Lexus of Southfield and spoke with Chris. Chris said they didn’t have the mirror but assured us he would order it as soon as he got off the phone, with hopes that it would be in on Friday. Thursday morning around 11:00, we received a call from Don who informed us that the part was in and scheduled us a 2:30 PM service appointment.(Amazing, less than a 1-day turnaround). Repairs were made and our 2020 Lexus looked new. Both men were professional, courteous and understood our dilemma. Don even washed the car after the repair since the washers had already retired for the day. Kudos to Chris and Don. Meade Lexus should be honored to have you guys on their team. I had scheduled an appointment to another Lexus dealer by mistake. I arrived and found out my error. Anthony the service consultant greeted me and instead of me having to make another appointment, told me he could have my warranty work done there right then. Anthony was very helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. I received excellent treatment by Anthony and Meade Lexus and wish to thank Anthony for his help which was very much appreciated.

Ask for Joe. As a woman going into a car dealership I was steeling myself for behaviors and comments I've grown to expect. Joe treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and patience. The most important thing I can say about Joe is that I trusted him COMPLETELY to guide me through my decision. He is incredibly honest and genuine and approaches his job as someone who is helping folks find their perfect car as opposed to convincing them what their perfect car is. What that trust allowed me to do was make a decision based on how I really felt about the vehicle itself instead of questioning whether I was being taken advantage of or if there was some other deal I should be looking out for. Joe answered every single one of my (many) questions and made sure to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for ME. Joe didn't pressure me once and gave me ample time to do research and figure out my finances. Joe even had the car washed right before I got to the dealership to make sure it was in perfect condition for when I arrived to see it. He said "Buying your first car is a special thing and I wanted to make sure you felt like it was a special moment." Once I made the choice to buy the car Joe guided me through the entire process from start to finish. He explained all the paperwork to me and made sure I was taken care of by the rest of the wonderful staff at Meade Lexus. Joe even went above and beyond by setting up my driver settings, hooking up my phone and explain all the safety features to me before I drove off. I will be sending all friends and family to Meade Lexus from now on. Thanks again to the staff for making this an easy and joyful experience.

Needs improvement..I have had 3 experienced at this dealership with 2 vehicles. I have had service at 6 different dealerships in 3 states with both vehicles all during the pandemic. All were excellent except this dealership. Examples of problems: Three times recommended service that was already done and visible in Lexus online notes. Yes, two times during the same service! Unable to find Lexus provided towing information without my guidance on the Lexus IT platform. Unable to remember previous requests but eventually located when pressed. When frustration with ineptitude identified, sometimes reluctant to acknowledge and acccept responsibility, but provided no explanation, a poor excuse or shifted blame. One service was routine maintenance, the other included updating a navigation system and replacing a battery damaged by a Lexus approved tow subcontracted to AAA untrained with jumping a hybrid. Dealer unsuccessful attempted to charge me for the damage caused by the Lexus provided tow service. Every other dealer was my advocate with Lexus. This dealer was focused on how much it could charge with the least amount of effort. Nothing was done proactively and required my active involvement and objections to resolve.

Anyone who is even a little bit interested in getting to know what Lexus is about, should not hesitate to meet the staff at Meade Lexus of Southfield. I was recently in the market for a new car and curious what Lexus had to offer after previously only hearing good things about their vehicles and service. Meade Lexus did not disappoint. In fact, they somehow managed to beat my already high expectations. In efforts to find me the perfect car, they really got to know me and were patient with me from start to finish. From the trade-in value given to my previous car, to allowing me to reserve a new vehicle that was coming to their lot soon (and keeping me updated as it worked its way to the dealership), to preventing anyone from test-driving it while I slept on it for one night (following my first test-drive with it earlier that day), they really understood my concerns and desires. A shout out to sales consultant Carlton Goodall, general sales managers Matt Hinkley and Mike Rushwin, finance manager Steve Fierle and technology specialist Essam Alfayadh. Thanks to each of you for making this experience truly amazing.

After finding my passenger totally tangled in the seatbelt, I had to resort to a fire department rescue. Meade Lexus not only got the parts ordered and us scheduled quickly, the intake at service was quick, professional and painless. Repair was rapid and perfect. I have found service at this dealership better and more consistent than I’ve ever experienced. In particular, I feel respected as an intelligent female.

Quick courteous attention has always been my experience each and every time I have called or visited Meade Lexus of Southfield. The service consultant Don is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I always feel well informed of the required actions that need to be done. He has been a joy to work with. This is why I have purchased over 5 Cars and 3 SUV’s from Meade Lexus down through the years and Don has been my Service advisor most all of that time!
