Going to United auto and collision was the greatest decision I made. They repaired a dent on my driver side door and made it look just like new. They took great care of me. I needed my brake pads and rotors done rapidly as I was on a time constraint. They did the job super fast. Got to speak with the mechanic, he took care of everything and even offered to help me with other minor car issues. The price is also very good compared to dealerships. The rotors and pads they have are also solid, no squeals and almost no brake dust. Brake dust was a big issue on my car before. This place is amazing!!! I went because of all the 5 star reviews and they are definitely accurate. Super quick and went above and beyond with helping me reset my engine oil light and filling up my coolant. I tried to tip and the guy (I feel bad I did not catch his name, but it's probably Rick like everyone mentions in their reviews) literally would not let me tip. Oh and the best part is I'm 100% sure they could tell I know absolutely nothing about cars at all, but there was zero mention of suggesting I need X or Y for my car. I've been to other oil change places that always try to convince me to do something like buy new windshield wipers on a leased car when the originals work perfectly fine. After finding my passenger totally tangled in the seatbelt, I had to resort to a fire department rescue. Meade Lexus not only got the parts ordered and us scheduled quickly, the intake at service was quick, professional and painless. Repair was rapid and perfect. I just bought a used Mercedes from a lady who had it for 4 years and never did any maintenance to it just driving it for style with no desire for the upkeep at all in all that time nor detail interior and had to take it to these people after paying $85 for extreme deep cleaning and put $1,700 into the car including a tune-up that was never done in the four years and now my car is running like new. They made sure I would get the best use out my experience and I will use them again. They fixed gaskets and oil leaks and all! I bought the car "as is" and it definitely was "just that" and not worth a dollar more for what I had to do after she got out of it, but now it's worth the money I paid for it not just "the name or shell". A car is nothing without good mechanical maintenance and for foreign cars if you can afford the work one this is the place to be!
