Really wish I could give them zero stars. They pick my daughters car up for a flat tire she was then later called and told they totaled her car. How do you pick up a car for a flat tire and total the car. And then gets an attitude with my daughter because his worker is incompetent. I would not give this racist business any of your money. Red the owner will call you out of your name and blame you. And if you’re a woman I really advise you not to do any business with them. I thought this was a good place because it was one of the AAA vendors but AAA is a failure also along with this business.

My car was towed by one of HARAJLI , YASSER AKA RED (the owner of this establishment) workers. I originally called for a flat tire when I received my car I was told by the driver that my car was damaged by the bridge from the freeway. This happened 06/06/2022 around 11:35 pm. 06/07/2022 was the last time I’ve spoken to Harajli he’s been dodging me and not returning my calls. He has been very unpleasant to me about a accident that was caused on his business behalf when I only called for a tow for a flat tire now my car is totaled. I have yet to receive a rental for the inconvenience either. Bad business. Service: Car towing

They take on more business then they can handle! Communication is poor...lies are being told...and don't expect your vehicle back in a timely fashion! I really hate I let the United tow truck driver refer me to them! I should have followed my first mind and had my vehicle towed to my original location! I really hope they're willing to give me my $130 diagnostic fee back when I have my vehicle towed to another shop

Going to United auto and collision was the greatest decision I made. They repaired a dent on my driver side door and made it look just like new.
