I thought this place was busy but then after ordering and dining in I realized that all the vehicles parked in front of the building (in the shade) were actually the employees here. So all customers have to park in the sun because the employees want their empty cars (cause they're inside working) to stay cool while they work. The food was fine but why can't paying customers park up front. Just an observation.

It was difficult for my order to be understood due to microphone 🎤 and/or speaker 🔊 problems. The food was great though, I'm glad I remembered that they served breakfast 😋 yummy

Forgetful with secondary items, such as straws, napkins, etc but the service is better than it use to be, they have hired more pleasant staff for order taking and all the food I ordered was in the bag

Hours show open at 8am. I placed a mobile order and arrived at 815. I couldn't get a response at the drive thru for about two minutes then was told they weren't open yet and was advised to cancel my order. Pretty disappointed

I love Taco Bell. This is not that. The food is disgusting. It doesn't taste anything like the food at other Taco Bells. I mentioned this to a friend who has lived in Sparks a long time, and he said it's because this location is family-owned, rather than franchise-owned, so they are not required to buy their ingredients from a particular distributor or list of approved distributors. I don't know if this is true or not, but it sure tastes like something is off about the food. A year or so after that first experience, I decided to give it another shot. Maybe there was something abnormal going on that day or week, I thought. Nope. Same thing. I won't be back again.

The drive through was fair from time you ordered and picked up food..... The menu was confusing because it was different then the one you viewed waiting to order.... The service people were above average.... Yes, I would recommend it.....

Lobby is closed and it took 12 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. Outrageously slow. Perhaps they should get rid of the ancient security guard and hire a few more actual employees. Took 18 minutes total.

Worst taco bell ever!!! There is always at least 5 people working yet the dining is closed and the drive through takes 30min or more. There is no excuse for that. Where is your management? Why isn't anyone working. Why is the phone always off the hook? I'm stuck going to this one due to locations when I do get those Taco Bell cravings once in awhile and it just frustrates me every time. Ridiculous. I would fire everyone in that place. There are plenty of hard working people looking for work!
