4 people working and not one of them are actually working... they couldn't figure out how to give change because they didn't have any cash in the drawers.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Do NOT come to this caribou!!! And the "manager" was to busy throwing around boxes of frozen sandwiches and yelling across the store to help her employees.... Features: There are none!!!

Polite and respectful store. They once made a big mistake with my drink, and offered to give me a new one along with a refund. I couldn't care less about free stuff; all I know is I plan on swinging by here whenever I'm in the area based off of the respect the workers give to their customers.

Caribou is great! Only one small thing, often they overlook my request for light ice....no big deal it’s just that I want to actually drink what I am paying for vs having a bunch of ice in my cup w/ a splash of coffee. Thanks guys!

My fiance was having a bad morning and he works very near there so I stopped in to grab him a coffee to help him feel better. They were quick and friendly. It was nice to find that I had enough points for a free coffee so I only spent $5 on coffee for 2.

I am officially DONE with this caribou! I am an avid daily iced coffee drinker, I expect consistency for the price I'm paying. I know what my coffee is supposed to look and taste like. Every time I come to this location and ask for additional shots I am charged but my coffee NEVER looks nor taste like it. Today was the last straw. I ordered a medium iced caramel latte with and extra shot, I was basically given sweet milk with maybe a dash of coffee, it was basically really sweet milk with caramel on the bottom...absolutely disgusting.

Love this location! They always make my regular drink better than any other location I semi-frequent. Kylie is a joy to chat with. It’s nice to see her smiling face in the window. The team inside is great, too. Would highly recommend. Keep up the great work!
