Always keeping my Cadillac on the road. Doug is a nice guy. Honest. Prices are like everything else. Too expensive. We had a emergency as we was getting ready to leave town with our vehicle. Doug got us right in and got our car back on the road.

Borrowed my daughters Traverse to transport kids...get in and there's no gas, oil light on, and the AC is blowing hot air and of course its 90 degrees outside. Walked into Wrights with no appointment and they took care of it for me. Wont hesitate to go back! Awesome service!

These guys are great in every respect... like the Mary Poppings of automotive diagnostocs and repair. Several times I have had problems that other mechanics had missed or were unable to figure out. Within a day of dropping off my vehicle, they are able to determine what's wrong and the repairs are done within very reasonable time frames.

Wright's is one of the few places in Battle Creek that we turn to when it comes to repairs or service for our vehicles. When my car had an unwelcome noise coming from it recently, I made a call and a short time later after a quick stop by, Doug had the minor issue fixed and I was back on the road. Minor now, but likely to be serious down the road, and the quiet and peace of mind makes driving a pleasure again. So good to know that we have somewhere to go where we can get things fixed with confidence in the work done, exactly what is needed, and a very reasonable cost! The very congenial owner, Doug Wright, is sheer bonus!

My van needed front brakes really bad, I went to 4 different places no one had the time to look at them. Then I stopped in at Wright's automotive, in battle Creek. I explained my situation, and without hesitation he got my van in and checked my brakes and advised me what was needed and quoted me a price. My van was fixed within 45 minutes. And the amount was less than he quoted. 2 THUMBS UP. Guys. Thanks for all your help. I will be back when other repairs are needed.
