I seen many negative reviews but I decided to still give them the benefit of the doubt since there were a few decent reviews. Absolutely horrible service. I put in an order days ago. I called the next day and the lady who answered asked me if she can deliver it the following day since they were busy. I told her I need it delivered that day since I ordered it as an apology to my friend. She said she cant and that it will be delivered the next day. Why ask me if you already made the decision to deliver it the next day? She also was just very rude and kept making remarks about how it is usually a male that sends a female flowers, not the other way around. The next day comes, and I receive an email at 3 am that it was delivered. I call the next morning and I ask her about it. She said it was delivered at 6:30 pm and that she just sent a confirmation email late in the night. I, then, called my friend to ask if he's received anything and he said he did not receive anything. I called the flower shop again and nobody answers. I left several voicemails and I have not received any call backs. I sent an email and have not heard back. What kind of scam are you guys pulling? This is disgusting. The prices are also horrendous. I bought flowers for $30 but somehow my bill ended up over $70 because of a delivery charge. The flowers weren't even delivered. I have used many other flower delivery services and have never paid that much. Update*** Please see attached photos. She finally got back to me. I asked her for proof of delivery and she still has not sent me anything. Instead, she is bullying me.

Placed an order for a memorial Friday afternoon. Received a call Saturday morning 3 hours before the memorial starting they could not fulfill my order because all they have is fall flowers until Monday. 1st of all, the order was through telefloras website, if they couldn't fulfill the order why didnt they send it to another florist? 2nd last I checked red is a fall color. Ugghhhh!!! Ended up calling JJs florist and they were happy to help me at the last minute.

Truly a wonderful experience, Nice flower shop, very creative and helpful. Made me a fresh arrangement even though there was one in the cooler . Never fan of sending flowers but knowing that this shop can represent me well made me feel like doing it over and over again.

I received a bundle of snapdragons that my boyfriend got me for my birthday extremely expensive, on Thursday 3/15/18 by Friday 3/16/18 already wilting, i did what the lady told me to do when she dropped them off. I changed the water, twice, they didnt give any plant food. She was in such a hurry to get out of here, and needed her box back, seriously it was a hungry howey box, because she was late delivering them to me, should have been here at 1 got here at 3:30! I wish there was a way i could post a picture, unbelievable! Do not use them, never ever again,

All i can say is "THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN TOWN!" Words cant describe how they work, do their arrangements and care for their customers. Not only their arrangements are gorgeous and beautiful even the owner as well. It is a one of a kind experience once you receive a flower arrangement from them. All of the staff, florists and everyone that works here are nice, caring, professional and always does a good job especially the owner. They are really the best! They never fail to surprise and make everyone smile at their flower arrangements. So what are you waiting for? I've been going to this shop for a fresh cut flowers for my house and they have the freshest flowers. My mother passed away recently and they had done an excellent job.....If my mother could only see those lovely flowers this shop had done............i will continue using this shop for they have given me much satisfaction as a customer and keep recommending them to everyone I know........More power to you guys...........Awesome shop and creation is soo great...... They called to tell me they'd be there to drop off my flowers, my daughter ordered for my birthday. She selected to just leave on the porch. After confirming they'd arrive in an hour they were not here, and when they did arrive the flowers were cut too short and not recently as they were dying....I do not recommend. My daughter should get her money back
